The hotel was wonderful. Great staff, comfortable room, and amazing location.

There was a queue for the check-in upon our arrival which is inevitable but the speed of the check-in process could be improved. When you’ve had a long day of travel and your stay is already paid for there should be an express check-in separate so you can just receive the necessary information and room key needed for your stay. The hotel is amazing will definitely stay again, clean and staff were friendly and helpful when we asked to arrange our transfer to the airport.

electric socket loose , scratched furniture, safety box not working, hard pillows , low water pressure , and humidity smell , gym temporarily closed, no complimentary steam or sauna
Also, the hotel is located in the middle of a casino, so you need to cross the casino to go to shops and restaurants , not very convenient and friendly as security is kind of intimidating, also very noisy due to the constant casino machines
Not good value for money, and definitely not a relaxing experience

Our stay was short but sweet. The accommodations were perfect. The room was very clean and spacious and the view was fantastic. We will definitely make this our go to hotel when traveling to Manila.

Our stay was comfortable, convenient and very relaxing. Nobu hotel was not crowded unlike the nearby hotels. The reception was very helpful. We will definitely go back there.

I did not like waiting many minutes for how water to heat up and the water pressure is so slow compared to other hotels like New World Makati. Then the food was poor again compared to other hotels. Had to go to Hyatt to Eat

Similar rates to Okada and Solaire which are very near this property but of the three this one is my least favorite. Difficult to navigate the facility/casino, very dated rooms, and by far worst amenities and dinning of the three.

Location is ideal, a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel is in excellent condition, room is very spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are very welcoming and professional. I recommend their spa, the service offered was great and very relaxing.

Do not book! No guest can swim. Small room. You can hear sounds from other rooms. You cannot bring outside food. So strict

This is my 2nd stay in Nobu Hotel. This time we have a total of 5 rooms. Most of them are first timers. The mattresses are too soft and not good for the back. The complimentary mini bar is a great idea. There are a lot of dining options but would be good to have a food court. It would be excellent if they have a smoking and non-smoking casino. The property grounds are great for photo-taking. We did not travel out of the hotel so much. Just visited the Ayala Mall which is walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Should be able to bring in foods from the outside , especially considering you are there on vacation and trying all sorts of foods from around the country new to you and you want to bring back some to your room you are paying for!

Room 7530, we found cockroaches crawling on the table by the coffee machine. We notified the front desk, but they did not seem to care at all. At this point, nobody from Nobu management team has called us and apologized for this disgusting finding.

The hotel and the room is clean. The manager and the bellmen are pleasant and very helpful. They are always willing to help if I need assistance. Great place, accessible to shopping mall snd airport.

The only complaint I had was when I took a shower there was no hot water but the sink to wash my hands had hot water.

I think the recent threats maybe have the staff less hospitable and more alert mode. I felt more watched than served.

Amazing property with even more amazing staff. The location is a 10, you can spend your entire stay in the massive compound, complete with a mega mall.

Amazing! I felt extremely comfortable and safe having my kids stay there. Their hospitality is unmatched, Paolo at Nobu concierge was very accommodating and friendly. I look forward to staying with them in the future
