Gate on the property banging all night in the wind and not attended to until after 8.00 in the morning. Very Poor

Room was clean, reception on tv terrible, bed a little hard for me. But overall ok it served its purpose for an overnight stay.

Owners are really nice and plesent. I have stayed here twice now, in 2 different rooms and both were excellent. I will continue to stay here anytime i go to ararat for thr weekend.

Clean & comfortable, walking distance to town 1.2 km. Reasonably quiet, little bit of road transport noise from bypass. Would definitely use this property again. Enjoyed our stay.

In an excellent location to everything. Easy access to the highway to or from Melbourne. Loved the car parks, larger than usual and some were undercover. Staff upon booking in & out were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again if in Aararat

We recently stayed at the Ararat Motor Inn and was blown away by the excellent service provided by Michael, our host. He was so lovely and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this motel for their exceptional customer service and comfy rooms.

The owners go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. They clean rooms to an excellent level. The bed and linen is A1 comfortable. Cosy yet not too soft A nice topper on the mattress made sure of this. Bathroom lovely accessible and clean with ample towels. They even put on the heating so the room was warm when we arrived just after 8:45pm. Reception contacts you via text if you will be late and explains which room is open for you. So simple. Family room business with high marks due to them.
