Comfortable 1-night stay on a trip to the Grampians. Clean modern room, comfortable beds, TV. Close to supermarket and main street restaurants.

It’s very central in Ararat , walking distance to restaurants and takeaways. It’s only a short drive if you are planning on doing The Aradale tours , the Jail or any of the other historic sites

We were only using the motel for a one night stay but it was good for the purpose. The motel is located a little away from the main road so it was quiet and an easy stroll to the main street of town where there were choices for an evening meal

The property is in desperate need of a reburishment. The carpet was stained and gave the room an overall feel of being dirty. Definitely not worth the money. And although the guy at check in was polite and the cleaners probably do a good job with what they have, we will never stay here again.

The accommodation was pretty good, bigger than I expected. Fiancè and I really liked it. The town itself isn't that great. Very strange. Liked the accommodation but won't come back for a while as we weren't fans of the town itself

Great clean spacious room but needs an update badly.Stained basin next to food prep seemed unhygenic.Stained carpet, horrible bathroom with slippery old tiles did not help this propery.

Central location. Forecourt was a little slippery due to persistent rain. Room was clean and well appointed.

- Easily walkable to the town and other tourist activities.
- Tea & coffee provided in room.
CONS
- Arrived at just after10am and had to call for someone to come to reception.
- The bathroom exhaust was filthy and the thick drippings of dust.

About what you would expect of a motel in their price range, but the bathroom needs a serious upgrade, very hard to adjust the shower temperature to a steady heat, the lighting in the room and bathroom was very minimal and dim. The breakfast menu did not include eggs in any offering.

Family/adjoining room was clean and comfortable but it had no couch like other rooms

The place was great, the only letdown was the shower, it’s one off those where you just cannot get the temperature right, slight turn one way it’s cold, the other it’s scolding.
Unfortunately it’s enough to put me off staying there.
