2 queen lakeside was a wonderful location. Excellent amenities for families.

A perfect place to take your family everyone was very polite both staff and guests. The on-site café provided wonderful options for a quick quick bite to eat. And it was fairly walkable to the downtown area. Awesome atmosphere and we intend to go back on a yearly basis.

Very fun vacation spot. Plan on returning. A couple opportunities for improvement: People put towels out in the morning and hold tables/chairs/cabanas for hours and hours on end so that no one can use them, yet they are nowhere in site. It’s extremely rude and the property doesn’t monitor at all. One of the beds in our room was full of sand. The beds were also very old and uncomfortable, so much that we had to switch rooms or our vacation would have been ruined bc we could not sleep without rolling into each other. The steps to the rooms are extremely steep and worn and could afford to be fixed up. Otherwise it is super fun property with a lot to do. Banana chocolate mudslide was great.

Was totally expecting a view of the lake as shown in the pics of the room when reserved. Was at the very top of the property with absolutely no view of anything. Can tell the age of the property. And none of their dining options were open while we were there. Room was musty and the small A/C could not keep up to keep the room cool. Did have alot of nice amenities to play and use on the property other than food like volleyball, corn hole, pool, fire pits, etc.

Pretty cute resort, with plenty of amenities and entertainment
It has its own cafe where you can get a quick lunch or breakfast a lot of snacks they also has a full bar and it's open at night.

We love Scotty's Lakeside Resort. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. Will definitely consider coming back. The room was clean, staff were friendly, lots of fun things to do like swimming, kayaking, basketball, volleyball etc. Nice & new cafe, bar, game arcade, picnic tables, fire pit and plenty of lounge chairs with umbrella. very relaxing place...

The overall site is great for families, the pool, lake access and the park were a good plus. However, the room we were in ( one queen bed, one double bed) was outdated. The walls are so thin we can hear everything going on in the next room. The pool gets pretty crowded. The view is gorgeous and the staff is great!

We had an amazing time. Great location for the entire family. One minorcomplaint, we did not have an iron in the room.

The room was very clean. The property was great with lots of activities for kids: pool splash pad volleyball ping pong etc. They have fire pits on at night. Walkable distance to all the restaurants and small stores. Took us about 15 minutes to walk to all the food options. The walk is fairly easy, must say the only “hill” is the one to leave the resort .
Only bad thing I can comment on is the bed is very very firm. Overall amazing stay and will be back

Spent 2 nights in property. King size bed was comfortable, room was clean with all the essentials. Absolutely loved what the property had to offer. Very family friendly property, great place to bring children. We will be back soon!

Scotty’s is a gem, adorable motel right on the lake. Room was very clean, brand new bathroom , king bed was comfortable. Small fridge and coffee maker. Nice heated pool, beach area with volleyball and cornhole. 2 nice fire pits to sit around at night. Beautiful! Only disappointment was the building by pool only open Friday- sunday until later in season. Very close to town. We had a great stay!

I didnt like the loud sound the ac would make at night. Also i didnt like how loud my neighbors were.

Shower sliding door wouldn’t stay closed, bar was only open till 8pm on a Saturday night with about 25 people in there and right outside the door. $8 for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel!! Ridiculous!!

We stayed for 3 nights & it was perfect. The staff was very friendly they accommodated us very well near our families room. We had a beautiful patio to relax on. Had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended!!

Best: private beach and abundance of kids friendly activities. Very well maintained facilities. Location : close proximity to million dollar beach and steamboat company for cruises.
Could use a little bit of improvement on the damp smell of the property. kudos to the maintenance crew and service crew who always keep our rooms clean on daily basis and replenish supplies promptly.

Easy check-in, clean room, convenient location, beautiful grounds, lovely views, convenient parking, reasonable rates. Especially loved the fire pits on site.

We stayed here for one night. This property is awesome. We really had a very pleasant time here. The reception was kind enough to upgrade our room to the lakeside rooms as complimentary, which were very spacious, very very clean and the washrooms were super clean. There is a small park for the kids to enjoy with basketball and volley court along with pingpong table. There were two bonfire sites with 8-10 chairs to chill and enjoy in the evening. I wish we had more off days, to stay here, relax and enjoy here. I will definitely stay here again, whenever I visit Lake George next time.
