The service was impeccable and the room was spacious and beautiful.

Gluten free bread is not available, it is problem for gluteen sicks.

Great place to stay !

If you are in Ankara and you stay at this hotel you are at a loss! Nothing likable about this hotel. We stayed here for its proximity to the US embassy but there is nothing around the hotel except a very loud mosque that starts the prayers at 4:15AM. Another reason to choose this hotel was its exercise facility. But it is located 2 levels below ground above a huge indoor pool that makes the air very humid and unbreathable. So, we couldn't use the gym. Using it was an extra charge! Another problem was the room, although a good size but there was no privacy. The shades cannot close enough to block the view of the person inside the room into the shower and toilet practically was inside the room and no door to separate it. Breakfast was probably the only acceptable thing in this hotel. Very boring area around the hotel.

It was an amazing experiment

Stayed during 2 days travel to Ankara. Location of the hotel is perfect and also having a parking space is a great advantage.

The room was hot. When we asked to turn the AC on, we were told the AC can only blow hot air. We ended up opening the windows to improve the room temp. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

The Green Park staff are very helpful, and easy to talk to. The food is well prepared and fresh. I would recommend the Green Park for events or business activities as well as a good place to just relax.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The location is good and the free parking was in front of the hotel. The rooms were nice decorated and clean. The reception was quick and friendly. The breakfast was good. Thank you Meltem hanim for the offer to re-visit you r hotel.

It was good . We usually enjoy the room design and cleanness. Room design os good and space is enough . Tv could be a better and smarter tv anyway . If you want to hook up your hard disk you cant play most of your video formats here but you can ise HDMI and your own media player.. Room service after a 1:00 am seems not easy to get serviced .

Satisfying hotel experience as always.

Arrived with no help with our luggage from the taxi. Went for dinner that night at the attached bistro. Items we chose were not available. Had to ask the waiter for what they had available to eat. Aircon was also a massive problem as the room was constantly hot, aircon couldn't keep up. The hotel had no documents stating the facilities available in the hotel which would help.

I stayed at The green park hotel for 4 nıghts we had wedding party so the first party we got ready that cleaning lady saw us and the next day i asked her came clean i will leave going outside she keep taking her time so we leave then she want to come i said no I don’t like my stuff is there , the hotel was nıce and clean, But the cieanıng lady stolen my money whıle she was cleaning the room ı was so upset i told the reception she took it, they said ok i will take care of you but they didn’t take care of me :(after that happened my kids was scared and crying we are Not safe here anymore , how came she touch my purse took my 2000 turkish Lira . The hotel didn’t give my money back. We didn’t have a good experience losing money at the hotel 👎

Green Park Hotel has a good price/quality ratio, which does not mean it is a very good hotel. Services and delivered quality are according the price level: e.g rooms need some maintenance as some parts are really in bad shape, windows very dirty, airco is not adequate, breakfast misses some finesse or quality. However on first sight hotel gives luxury, good impression, staff is professional but not always english speaking. Pool & fitness services are fine.

It is a very comfortable, easy-to-access, clean hotel with no parking problems. We enjoyed our stay with my family. It is certain that it is one of the best hotels with the price /performance ratio in Ankara. When we come to Ankara again, we will stay in this hotel again.
