They charged an extra 65.00 Twice over what I already paid..after I asked him several times what was the 65.00 for when I was already charged 97.00 for each room plus 100.00 for each room as a deposit in case anything happens to the room ..very un professional

They gave me a hard time about a payment that wasn’t on the app and had to give them my last because I couldn’t cancel do it would have taken 7-10 days for my money to be on my card

Andre is a real CLOWN. I got to the property before 10 and was waiting in line, he moved as slow as he could and after he slowly checked in the people in front of me he closed the window and said "you should of been here before 10 l'm a regular employee"

Well. It says a lot when the hotel employees leave and are no longer available after 10pm. The key card doors don’t lock on the outside doors do not work at all, so whomever can just walk in. This wasn’t a hotel or any extended stay I’ve even been to and I travel for a living the last 7 years. … upon entering the unit there was rust all over the fridge that had been spray painted black. Decided to take a shower since I just worked 12hrs outside. Turned on the light and a spark of blue light came from behind the toilet.. whether this is a camera flash or an electrical blue flash, neither are acceptable. Did my best to ignore this. Deciding to shower at a planet fitness nearby in the am. To then discover roaches just chilling in the hotel. Not afraid of me at all. I didn’t bring roach and didn’t plan on leaving with them either. I was in the hotel a total of 10mins before abandoning my 3 day stay working 12 hr shift.

The property was well-lit; however, I was not able to reach a person on-site after hours and had to call the property only to be informed that my reservation was cancelled and had to search for another property to stay.

There was nothing I did not like. The whole staff was amazing.

I would give the property a 8/10 just because the cleanliness of the room. When I walked in the floors were visible dirty as well as the countertops but it was fixed easily. The front desk works especially Tierra we’re phenomenal. The location is literally right of the interstate in a nice area.

I couldn't check in until 6 pm Sunday evening and I wasn't in the system then.having trouble getting wifi.

No coffee no ice. Had to swap rooms to find a tv that barely works. Hotel is smoke free but had weird smells all mixed together.

There was not a specific area for the dogs to go to the bathroom. It was on the side of a rocky hill with no grassy area. The poop bin was overflowing and there were no dog bags. I paid via Expedia and when I got to the hotel they charged my card again. Said they would take care of it and charged my pet fee twice as well. The room was clean enough and the a/c worked on and off.

I don't usually write reviews, but there were bugs crawling on the floor in this place. Nobody should have to live like that. The staff member we met was very helpful in providing a refund.

Walking in hallway you can smell scent people smoking marjiuana . Room was not clean, there no water and cup in room. Bed has bed bug bit my hand. My son role down bed fell down to floor’s in middle of night. Not recommend .

I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable. Room was bare bones but that's what I expected it to be. Room was clean and tidy. Would have liked a hand towel but bath towels and wash cloths were adequate. Overall a pleasant one night stay.

Broken stove knob, non smoking room, smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Hallway full of marijuana smell.Didnt want to try to get a new room, because front desk attendant took 15 minutes trying to figure out how to assign us a room, and didnt think any other room would be that much better. Thankfully, it was only 1 night. Over $100 for this room is a shame. I definitely will find something else next time, because surely Atlanta has something better.

This hotel is amazing! The room was was so clean you would think this is a new hotel. I love that it included a fridge, microwave, and stove top burner. There is a laundry facility on-site with a dollar changing machine that included 5 washers and 8 dryers. The elevator worked well, the cable was great. This was a great find, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fast food restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away.

Only liked that rhe property was close by the event that i was stying to attend and it was quiet. I did not like the conditions of the room and that they did not let mr know that there was only a full bed available when i had 2 adults staying, know there was a no refund policy. We we re uncomfortable and dis not rest well.

My room was infested with cockroaches and I stayed 1 day the left the property. I am still waiting on my refund in which no one seems to be making an effort to give back.

I get there on 8/11 at 5am to check-in and I’m told that I was entered as a no show and the room was no longer available. They said they would cancel the reservation because they didn’t know why I was entered as a no show. I was fully charged for the entire 2 day stay and they will not refund my money. They do not go by their own rules on the Expedia site. I was guaranteed the room because I paid in full and that did not happen plus worst of all they charged me for a room they cancelled!! Expedia should be ashamed. Especially since I found another hotel and booked with them for 8/11-8/12 through Expedia. I’m disputing with my bank now. This felt like such a scam. I’ve used Expedia for years and this experience has end the relationship on a poor note.

My reservation was for a 2 bed room. They gave me 1 bed with a pull out couch. The mattress on this pull out couch was not but wire. So I had to sleep with my mother. It was noisey. The noise was coming from different directions.

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING HERE!!!!!!!!!!There were roaches in both of our rooms, none of the other guest respect the need for quiet inside their rooms, some mornings there would be music BLARING from out of more than two rooms, with horrible singing to go with it. The manager was just plain rude to everyone in my family and she was rude to other guest as well. The final straw was when they sold our rooms out from under us, saying that they couldn't extend our stay because we book through an online company, now what kind of horse crap is that, they didn't want to extend our stay because we got what we thought was a great deal and they didn't want to lose money. The inside was not clean out instantly had a smell to it…..i stayed 6 day’s and i seen 3 roaches the whole time.. the shower curtain needs to be changed i had to shower with the curtain open the whole time trying not to touch it..
