Reception said we were 'upgraded' to a suite room but when we got to the room the air conditioning wasn't getting colder. I asked if we could change rooms even if it meant being downgraded again because we just wanted to sleep already. But after multiple back and forths and having 3 people come in to check we had to wait about an hour for their mechanic to fix the aircon while we were in the unit. Very bad service and waste of our time.

The bathroom sink has huge cracked and the shower wasn't working that great.
Easy check in & easy check out though.
They're incidental deposit is 3,000 pesos. They will tell you naka hold lang sya pero it was really deducted.

We arrived after 13 hour flight, tried to check in around 8am with our 2 year old. They charged us a full room rate checking in 4 hours early. Very disappointed

Half the shower door was missing, the bathroom was flooding, the trash can was not empties prior to our arrival, half if the power outlet did not work.. the staff is friendly but the facility is terrible..

The staff was very friendly and professional, if there were any issues, they would address it quickly. The rooms have very cold air conditioning and the restaurants and bars are of very good choice. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting for the first time.

My mom had previously stayed at this hotel and she definitely wanted to stay again. This is a upscale hotel with lavish designs and amenities. The hotel staff are very kind and helpful with anything you need! The breafast buffet is incredible with various options for food and beverages! And the Mall of Asia is within walking distance! Overall, highly recommend and would stay here again!

This property is beautiful, my only concern is they don’t have face towels, hand towels, all they offer is bath towels. That made me surprised! The staffs are accommodating.

They upgraded my room to suit when I checked in with no charge which was great. However, within 30 minutes after I got the room I saw 3 cockroaches and I had to call front desk to change the room.

It’s confusing to look for my room, dining room, lobby, etc…. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s close/walking distance to MOA.

They were doing construction in the building so it was very noisy also I asked the staff about the noise they said they would check into it and no call back also I left my passport at the desk and when I called 2 days later they said sorry we were gonna bring it up to you but our bell boy forgot

The food service was awful and inedible. Breakfasted was a waste of money as the food was the worst I have had at any hotel. It tasted old and I got sick after eating there. Hotel smelled bad inside and out. The swimming pool was not clean.
