Very clean and reasonable. Close to town and beach but need to drive as no sidewalks and on major road. Needs quite a bit of updating.

The staff were nice. The place was surface clean. The room needs a once a week dusting and some updating. Pool was clean. The bed was actually very comfy.

Clean, safe and accommodating. You can’t ask for more for a last minute booking. Only stayed one night, bed were comfortable, room was stocked- including a fridge, microwave and a little table and chairs to eat at.
Recommend this stay, would come back again!

It was fine to sleep over. The bed was firm and comfy. The pool was clean and inviting, although we didn't swim.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with the late check-in coming to the office in 2 minutes after we made the phone call! The room was well-organized and clean. Quality-Price as expected. Thank you very much!

Check in went well. Friendly person. Liked the ground floor room. People above our room started moving furniture & stomping on the floor at 4 AM Sunday which continued until we decided to bag it & leave. Room wasn't as clean as we were hoping for. The sink had some dark colored substance stuck on it and the baseboards in the main room & bathroom were dingy & need to be cleaned.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering restaurant suggestions and providing directions as well as following up to ensure our stay was satisfactory! I had left behind my ipad in the room and they promptly contacted me and made arrangements to send it to me. Motel was in an excellent location, close to beaches, seafood restaurants and Congdon's Doughnuts!

Super friendly staff and an amazing price for being so close to downtown Ogunquit and Wells. Rooms are simple, but clean and well-stocked. Nice outdoor pool area. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area!

The family running the place were very nice. This facility was seriously outdated, the pics were not at all like the actual room. It was super outdated and nasty. The walls were stained, the floor was damp and sunken in places. The table and chairs were not adequate to hold anyone who may be heavy. I am not but couldn't use them. There were ants, and I feel foolish for wasting so much of my money. I left after one night. This is not a place to stay if you want to have restful time in the room.

We have been staying here for the last 3-4 years and just love it. Harry and Mona always remember their guests. No worries about cleanliness, the family does an awesome job. We would also recommend Stutseys next door, great food and drinks! See you next year Harry and Mona!!!!!

The room we stayed in (117) was so damp it had a terrible musty smell when we walked in the door. The floor of the bathroom was actually wet from the moisture. Also, the deadbolt lock does not even work properly so we had to put a chair under the doorknob to feel at all safe. I would not recommend this motel.

Very nice hosts! Comfortable room. Pool area very clean… daily maintenance was noticeable.
Unfortunately, the family above us let their kids run wild our last night… running, pouncing, pounding, and then it started up again before 6 in the morning!
A word of advice… book the second floor!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Older hotel but very clean. Big room and comfortable and clean bed. Pool was also nice and very clean...Great for a place to crash. Very quiet and room darkening shades...would recommend and go back.

If this was about hospitality, it would be a 10. The hotel is only a couple dozen rooms which make it quiet which is nice. the rooms however are dated. I could live with out of style, but cleanliness was a problem. The sink had visible rust and there was mold in the shower. It is clear that the owners want their customers to be happy, but they must focus on cleanliness above all,
