This is the pefect hotel to stay at when you have a early morning flight. A short walk to the airportis great!

I was expecting more for the price, room was small, did not have a great view. Bathroom could have been more updated. Bed was too soft for my taste. Went to the restaurant at the lobby for a quick bite. I can not drink many things so I brought my iced tea while my husband drank at the bar. I was not allowed to drink my iced tea in the restaurant so I left and did not consume food there. I thought was in a very bad taste and you lost a client.

This place is very convenient being so close to DIA. Easy on and off. Having the train there is super easy to get around to your destinations. Clean and very nice accommodations.

My daughter and I stayed because we were taking a flight out the next morning. The lady that checked us in was very helpful in arranging wheelchair assistance for me the next morning to the airport. Our evening meal and morning breakfast were delicious with wonderful service.

Several disappointments to share: only one bathrobe for 2 people, no clear communications about where amenities such as restaurants were, casual restaurant was unremarkable in ambiance and view with overpriced cocktails, most of the USB ports did not work in the room, lighting was so poor in the room that I could not easily see the coffee pot, and the pot was on a tray that only allowed it to sit sideways making it even harder to see. Air conditioning never really cooled the room, even though we had it set to 65 degrees. Room was literally hot and stuffy upon arrival. I got sprayed by the hand held shower head when I turned the water on, even though I wasn't standing in the shower.
Positives: Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Room was super clean.

No bin liners in trash cans anymore. Multi guest use of bathroom toiletries, no individual serving containers anymore. Prices in hotel cafe and bar whey over top. There’s making a profit and the there’s taking advantage.

I'd say my stay started off not so hospitable. Then Back the customer service team made up for all the lacking first impressions. He truly understood the meaning of a smile! His efforts to be hospitable made up for the team members who couldn't greet or even try to be helpful. My bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Don't except accurate information from the front desk. Call Marriott and make sure of your amenities and time. The other team members will try to not be helpful.
