Clean room. Nice staff. Located close to food and shopping.

Great stay! First time a hotel Hasn’t given me a hard time about my service dog, rooms were great, it was quiet, and convenient to everything for our beach trip!

Moldy everything. The ceiling in our room was black with mold and mildew. The air was so thick it was hard to breathe. We had to change rooms just to finish our stay. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

Everything was so close to the hotel stores restaurants I love it😄

Very clean and interesting rooms. We stayed at a kind size bed with pull out sofa. The room had a large refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and coffee pot. The pool was nice and the fron had a patio with two large propane grills. Staff was friendly, but the cherry on top was the bowl at the front desk that had doggy treats for dog owners. Breakfast was also pretty good. Really great comfortable place to stay

positives:Nothing really stands out. On the debit side: Room too small, smallest of any hotel we have stayed at in recent memory—also room seemed cluttered. Hallways had no climate control; were hot and smelled “weird”. Shower with wall-mounted dispensers—the shampoo dispenser was empty. Strange room layout with TV off to the right side of the bed.

Hotel was perfect for our family mini getaway. The staff was kind and caring, the free breakfast was great, hotel was clean and perfectly located with many nearby shopping and dining options.

My family and I had a good one night stay and loved the room and service. Our 4th time booking at this establishment and the only problem we had our trip this particular time was the shower curtain holders were rusted which stained our bath towels causing us to need new ones. Other than that we had no complaints.

Exterior looks way more up to date than Interior. Room wouldn't stay at set temp. Would get warm even after setting to 68/69. Small breakfast area so we had difficulty getting space for our large family as some guests were using the large table as a meeting set up. Small pool. Can definitely hear your upstairs neighbors. The staff was nice. You have a few options for breakfast which was nice and it tasted great too.

Trash in common areas on floors and outside were full of trash all weekend. Only one trash bag in trash can which for three days is not enough

I loved my stay with Town place Marriott it was so clean and bedding so comfy.I always enjoy Marriott chain.It was clean hotel and breakfast a plus.

I love my 5 days stay everyone is so friendly , great customer service 100 percent perfect the suite room was perfect for my family was like home from restroom, kitchen the only thing was the beds weren’t as comfortable as I thought. The pool was nice enjoy quite swimming . I honestly recommend this hotel thank you to housekeeping always there when I needed clean towels the shower head 🚿 was relaxing after a long day at the beach at Port Aransas, Texas. I definitely would come back again THANKYOU

Front desk clerks were amazing, didn’t get names but friendly and very helpful. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good there was always someone cleaning at all times. Only problem was parking, too many work vehicles and no place to park…

Incredibly comfortable beds.

I called prior to arrival letting them know I would be coming in late at around 11:30pm - 12:00am. They said- not a problem. When I arrived, no one was at the desk so I called the front office. I kept calling for at least 7-10 minutes. Finally, a guy came saying he was using the restroom and apologized and gave me two free bottles of water. That was strike one. Then, we went to the room - put our stuff away and we were greeted with a roach in the kitchenette. I was grossed out but we went to sleep since it was late. When we woke up - two more roaches. I went to the front desk - let them know what happened and they said they would move us rooms. Which they did, she said they would comp the room but couldn't since we went through expedia - no points because we weren't Marriott members. She said she would have the manager call us. We moved to the other room, and we did not have any more roach problems the rest of our stay. The manager never called - strike 2. We left for the day (approx 4/5 hrs),when we came back my mom said that she had forgotten her charger in the other room along with her crossword book. Went to the front desk, the person took me to the room - no charger/no book. They looked on all the carts on all floors and contacted the manager, and said they would contact housekeeping. No one was in the room except us and housekeeping. On the day we left, it never turned up. Strike 3.

Awesome service

Dirty carpets in the room dirty carpets in the breakfast area old fashioned room design with very little space around the wash sink and a very tiny bathroom. This place is outdated old and it is inhabited by Dirty Working Class People walking in with dirty shoes and dirty clothes. Overall just felt like a dirty place not compatible with Marriott or any high-class hotel. We'll never stay again.

Pleasantly surprised with a kitchenette in the room. Chicken Express across the street has great chicken and fish.
