Didn't feel comfortable. The bathroom was really rusted. This was more a $80 motel not $150 tax inn. Just goid if some is tight financially and want a quick sleep.

Staff were fine, room was clean. Room was more spacious than I needed. Fixtures, air conditioner, furniture etc. all seemed like they were from a motel in the 1970s. Not enough available power outlets, no USB ports. Some lights did not light up. So, it was ok for a place to sleep for a night.

reserved a room that was advertised as a "deluxe room." However, upon arrival, I discovered that the room lacked several basic amenities, including a coffee maker, microwave, iron, ironing board, and sufficient electrical outlets for charging devices. The only appliances provided were a small refrigerator and a wall-mounted television. The experience was subpar due to the lack of research and consideration of guest reviews prior to booking the accommodation. The sole positive aspect was the courteous demeanor of the receptionist. The place is really old and needs to be fixed up. When we walked in, it smelled so strong of cleaning stuff, like chlorine, that I think they were trying to clean it or something. The air conditioner wasn't working. It was a heat wave, so we tried to turn it on. But it made this awful loud noise. We were all tired, so we decided to wait until tomorrow to fix it. The bathroom sink was clogged! There was rust on some of the metal stuff. The lights in the bathroom kept flickering on and off. And the vent made this noise like an old, broken lawnmower.. We needed to use the washroom, so we did to discover that the washroom door doesn't lock! The bedsheets were so old and worn out. The mattress was just a bunch of metal springs digging into my back. The next morning, we woke up, and the lights in the bathroom were dead. We went to the front desk, and this dude was all smiles, saying he'd check 'em out after we checked out. Overall, it was an unpleasant.

This is the worst experience we ever had with this hotel. First we had to deposit $200 which was illegal, and when we checked-out, we had to pay $20 just for one dirty towel. The hotel front desk clerk was very rude, and picked an argument with me. The toilet was unsafe, and flush was not functioning properly. The room smelled horrible. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Property was good staff very friendly...it's an older property and is just tired needs a facelift

They take deposit on debit card. But they only issue refunds if you ask at the counter. I am now a 3h drive away AND I need to drive back there to get my 200 deposit back. I was never told about this when issuong deposit. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The rooms were clean and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful.

The receptionist was indifferent when we complained that the toilet seat was unsafe and was less than welcoming when we first walked into the establishment. I will never recommend that motel to anyone.

Great Hotel, clean, comfortable, very friendly staff, and great location if you have a vehicle, although public transportation is also possible.

The mirror faces the beds - no good. The room smelled strongly bleach - affect the health. The floor was greasy- dangerous.

I flew to Montreal to help my son move back to Toronto. I stayed one night and then went and rented a truck and packed up my son and drove to Toronto

It's tricky to rate as 1/2 property seems renovated/cleaner/brighter/larger rooms and other 1/2 is not the same. I would urge management to continue to upgrade other half. Also breakfast is not available but was advertised. In my first room, the sink didn't drain. But management quickly moved us into another room which was much nicer. Rooms facing road will hear noise up to midnight. If you go, ask for rooms below #210

The room I got this time wasn’t has great. No microwave, cold air comming in through back door and window. Will not stop me from going again but will remember room number not to get same one again.
