Rooms are big. Comfortable beds. Staff generally good.

No or insufficient fresh air supply to the room. Windows cannot open so all the time I felt suffocating. Room was not cleaned as, apparently, it is necessary to ask for the service ... most probably reception but I found this strange. It's fine to reuse towers but to ask to clean up the room is unacceptable for me. Further, in room sold for two people, one would expect to have two shower gels and not one ... well, not in this hotel.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating

Woke up every 30 minutes as the bed was hard as a rock.Finally got out of bed at 5:30 feeling like i got beat up by 5 to 6 boxers.Same for my wife. Will not go back for sure unless its a free trial on another mattress.

Welcoming staff. Beautiful and sober decor. Clean room and amenities. Excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Because the hotel is well located, at a short driving distance from restaurants it had little negative impact on our stay.

Very functional hotel for a transit stop from Montreal airport on way home. Expensive, but all hotels are. Clean, all amenities (although restaurant was closed), no complaints.
