This is written by my partner. The room itself was fine. The 2 night stay however wasn't the best experience. The first night was terrible with the rattling/sometimes screeching exhaust fan of the adjoining room running all night. It was later revealed that a previous customer had suffered some medical incident & the room required a "deep clean" and the fan was on to extract the smell. This meant we spent a majority of the night awake, waiting for the next screeching cycle. The following night around 4.30am a horrendous water hammer started that literally sounded like someone was doing a gym weights session upstairs. The vibration was so bad you could feel it in the wall. I recorded a video that captured the sound & the surging water flow. Luckily I have been a licenced plumber since 1987 & went outside & was able to identify that a valve on a hot water system was causing the issue & was able to fix it. I showed the maintenance man the video the following morning & took him to the fault valve on the hot water. Then to top it all off, as we were in room 105, both mornings the cleaning staff were pushing their carts across the pavers outside our window around 6.40am, & on the first morning had a loud conversation in what is in reality about 1.5m from where we were sleeping. Thus we had 2 terrible nights sleep & would advise everyone to avoid any of the rooms near the laundry corridor. I feel a little more than a "sorry" was warranted, but that was all that was said.

Other peoples pubic hair in the shower had not been cleaned properly,air conditioner didn’t work properly

Stayed 2 nights; visited Kalbarri Sky deck and other similar spots. Incredibly scenic. The apartment was spacious; neat and clean. Huge bathroom with combined laundry facilities. Nice private deck with table setting and bush views.

The lady at reception was so lovely made the stay great

Kalbarri is a lovely little town and definitely worth a visit if you are planning a trip to WA. The hotel is ideally situated within the town with an easy walk (3/4 minutes) to a number of shops, cafes and taverns. The town beach is directly across the street from the shops. The Hotel staff I encountered were all friendly and courteous. The room allocated was a good size, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area had sufficient cutlery and crockery. The swimming pool area was a good size and very enjoyable after a hot day in the sun. The wifi reception was very good. I didn't use the hotel for breakfast or evening meal but I was advised by a fellow guest that the food provided was very good.

Location in a lovely small town

We have emailed to book for restaurant and got a confirmation for monday 19/2 yet restaurant was closed. Resort staff should know your own restaurant doesn't open on monday. It was for our 30 years wedding anniversary dinner. Very disappointed.

Late checkin was unnecessarily difficult. In the morning all electricity was out Difficult to give a high rating

Really amazing place to stay with the best staff you could ever wish for. The rooms were spacious clean quiet and comfortable and the location was beautiful. We had car and phone problems and everyone was so helpful and supportive to us in trying to sort the issues out it made a huge difference to us.

For a 5night stay, our room should have been serviced at least once. We ran out of soap, teabags and milk. There was no plug for the sink

This venue was close to shops, the beach and river. The attractions of the area were mostly closeby too. The people were friendly and insistent about the restaurant attached to the venue. We really enjoyed the accommodation here.

Not worried about overall presentation of cleanliness of the room

The room and sheets are clean. Unfortunately the rubbish bin bag is only given 1 spare also the dishwashing prefer in bottle than sachets only provided x 2 not enough. No hand wash soap in the bathroom also small x 2 tiny bath soap. Tissue roll x 2 for 3 people 3 nights. Location is the best. Parking safe and ok

The pillows were super comfy, I had the best nights sleep! People in the room next door can easily be heard speaking, however the complex is super quiet at night so it wasn't a problem.

Clean properly with good facilities

We had a 2 bedroom apartment as there were 3 adults. It was a perfect set up because the extra bedroom was privately spaced with their own ensuite. The sitting area was fine and a large fridge was useful. Our dishwasher decided to stop functioning 3 days in but the maintenance crew were very responsive. The added bonus in staying here was The Edge restaurant which has lovely meals

A great stay in a small town. Walkable to the tavern, shopping, and the beaches. Room was a bit cramped for 3 people though. The fridge wasn't on when we arrived and was stinky. Overall a good stay.
