The check in was weird, specially since the bar looked weird

The female staff member who greeted me was always pleasant and polite. There was a shared bathroom with one bath and a free head shower by that I mean not fixed to the wall. The water was good pressure and hot. The TV didnt work ( I believe the same for other residents in other rooms). Breakfast was a bit hit or miss but I do not blame the female staff member as she tried to get this arranged for me and the TV. The hotel had its own beer garden and restaurant but there was a Chinese restaurant just next door by the local shop. The tube was literally on the back door of the premises allowing cheap travel into town.I would use in the future and would also recommend as a place to sleep.

Noisy, dirty,have to pay for internet that is slow.

Disappointing accommodation, under the street level, very noisy, staff very rude. The key hardly worked. Continuous slamming of doors.

Pros: The location was perfect for us because it is right next to a tram and bus station which will take you to inner Bonn or to Köln. The room was private and though there wasn't a front desk area and we dealt with customer service by phone, they were very friendly! Plug ins near the bed were a plus for us! Cons: When we first arrived, we weren't really sure what to do because it was a holiday and the restaurant was closed. We ended up having to check in by phone which was odd. Only suggestion would be more communication about that but it worked out and we didn't wait too long before giving them a call. The bathroom is shared and there was water all over the floor after someone had showered. However, it was fairly clean otherwise. Even though the room was labeled as a non-smoking room it still kind of smelt like smoke but thankfully wasn't too overpowering. Since you're so close to the Tram station it can be a bit loud but again, it wasn't overly loud. All in all, we believe it was worth it for a one night stay due to the price and proximity to the tram and bus station!
