The room that I stayed in had no wardrobe and no room refrigerator for drinking water. Also, there was no room service attendant.

Transportation is convenient, the metro (#7) is a few minutes away. Hotel is centrally located on Main St, so restaurants are within walking distance in Flushing. Hotel room had a musty smell, bed spread needs to be cleaned more often as ours felt not clean, and no hand towel. A few miles away from LaGuardia Airport, it’s convenient to get to LGA via Uber or metro bus! So it’s a no frills basic option, but for conveniences (and price), I would use again!

The Asian lady who work in the reception center is very very rude and she thinks that the people who stays there and pays from her.. she doesn’t know the basic things about the conversation what needs to talk to the guset!! Horrible lady!!!

The hotel was very dirty no wi-fi,like they the mention , the tv was keyed with pad-lock and only 1 plugs or outlets was working. They changed me a $100.00 dollar deposit… which the never refund back . It’s was terrible. I will never go back.

The staff at the front desk were very cold and unfriendly. I asked for an extra trash bag for the room and they said just said “no.” No explanation, no smile, no customer service.

It was an no extra stay. No ice or refrigerator. The only microwave was in the lobby. The only outlet to charge our devices was in the bathroom. For the most part housekeeping kept the rooms clean. Our last day the room wasn’t cleaned at all.

The shower was great. Everything else.. it was just really really old, a really cheap cheap hotel. Probably the shabbiest place I've ever stayed in.

More of a lady of the night hotel than anything. When u walk in there is a price list for hourly. Room was small but expected. Carpet was disgusting if husband would have let me i would have slept with my shoes on. Bed was clean. Bathroom was serviceable with a crappy shower curtain that wouldnt stay away from u while showering. Thankfully only stayed 1 night.

After reading several reviews and after already booking my 1 week stay I was nervous to stay here. However when I arrived to my room I was pleasantly surprised that it was alot better than what I expected. Bed sheets were of a really good quality, pillows very comfortable, never an issue with hot water in the shower, toilets ran perfectly all week. They even offer a light breakfast each morning. The area is extremely convenient if you need the subway (4 min walk) or the bus stop which is right outside the hotel. The neighbourhood itself is extremely safe and you can walk safely at anytime of day or night. It is in the heart of chinatown. I stayed for a week with my husband and 4 year old child, it is not going to be like a Hilton property but we stayed for 6 nights without any issues at all. Our room was also cleaned every single day

Check in was simple & easy.

Parking is a Nightmare around here unfortunately, the bed is uncomfortable room has no hangers or ironing boards, no coffee in the room no fridge, and the hair dryer overheats when you use it after a certain period of time and shuts off till it’s cools down which was super annoying. I should’ve read the details and amenities more thoroughly. Prob won’t be coming back to this establishment

The hotel served the exact purpose I needed it for and for that I give it 4 stars. Not for being a 4 star hotel but because it was perfect for my needs. My only complaint really is the toilets. Don’t come here if your stomach is even the slightest bit off because the toilets don’t flush very well.

Property it self was quiet and the surrounding area was ok. The room itself was very out fated and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke probably interhrated in the outdated rugs and furniture. Was hardly able to sleep well due to this stench.

This hotel is cheap and has great location. The rooms are a bit dated, but they're clean and the beds are comfy. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Lots of mirrors for two friends to get ready at the same time. Window let in lots of light and had a decent view.
