Beautiful clean hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive; everything was spotless and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a clean environment.

Everything were amazing. Clear room and the best staff!

As a family, including our dog, we stayed one night at the Downtown Ankara Hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We asked for a late check-out and the receptionists were so helpful. There are many cafes, and restaurants around, so easy to dine. We enjoyed our stay and will make reservations happily in the future.

Great comfy modern hotel with very comfortable pillow and bed

This hotel was not suitable at all. Despite being a five-star hotel, I was not satisfied and it was more like a three-star hotel. We were three people, and there were two single beds in the room. They brought us a folding bed, which was of very poor quality. I could feel all the springs of the mattress, making it impossible for me to sleep comfortably. I could only sleep for an hour. The room lacked basic amenities like a toothbrush, shoehorn, and extra face towels, which are minimum requirements for a five-star hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite good and of excellent value for the money. It is in a great location and hotel staffs are extremely nice. Be sure to check out the spa and Turkish bath. Truly great. I would not put a top rate for the restaurant because there are many great food out there. But if you do not want to walk, then you will find great comfort in dining in.

Wifi reception is very pool , and You can NOT have wifi internet CONNECTION, Bath room and shower room is vey small and bath tab and under shower sink is very bad and the water doesn’t go through out and stay on ground 😕

Reception staff could be friendlier and show more cooperation

Nice stay in this hôtel, Little crispations from the staff they look like not used to foreigners!!!! Equipments in rooms need a real refresh, if you call the reception from room they don’t respond, you have to get once more to the reception desk, tv only Turkish programs, nobody tells you about internet connection WiFi until you ask!! The hotel surrounding are commercial center with plenty of good restaurants and shopping too. Good point in this hotel is cleanness, breakfast too plenty of choices. The bad note is about the staff they are not really used to 5 stars hotel business, they lack professionalism ( in my sens). Magnetic doors cards are disabled the morning before leaving so if you get out to have your breakfast, you can’t reach the room once more unless you get to the reception in order to activate it.!!!!!! The hotel is Worth 4 stars. When you're in a five star Hotel don’t talk about what will cost you this ans that !! You are here to have a nice stay and money is not a problem for you!! Still nice stay.

Every thing was perfect

I think this experience was one of the most disappointing. A pricey '5' star hotel but barely reaches a 3 star. The room is not properly maintained/cleaned, with dust and stained mirrors, the bathroom has loads of scale, not even near 5 star as I said. The bed and pillows uncomfortable, even though offering 3 types of pillows, still did not match expectations. I paid to have breakfast additionally, poor choice and not tasty, regretting this extra, does not worth the money. It was really the first time I experienced that. The only good thing was that it was close to the hospital and the staff was lovely. Do not think I will come back.

Nice city hotel

Our stay was comfortable room was very well maintained organized clean Location was near all you need restaurants shopping malls etc I would recommend and will be back in my future visit to Ankara. Thank you.

The only thing was that it was a bit noisy

My i pad got stolen from my room and they sent me an email apologizing about it and thats all I got !

The good: Breakfast was a huge spread and very tasty. We saw people ordering as well. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were amazing and very accommodating and changed our room to a king, and brought us a folding bed for our daughter when we realized the standard was two twins and there was no way my husband and I would fit together. The bad: the restaurants and cafes were right outside and it was quite noisy. We could hear music and it was on a Wednesday. Our daughter went to swim in the pool but we learned that swim caps were required which she refused to wear.
