Price is the only thing thats nice.

We stayed here for 2 nights, we got the deluxe room with nice view. The place is nice. The room has a ceiling fan. It can get hot at times with only the ceiling fan cooling the room. Fortunately, we got the room with veranda and we just left the veranda door open to let cool air come in. Most rooms don't have veranda. I am only disappointed with the breakfast. Supposedly, breakfast buffet should be ready by 7am. At 7am the buffet is not yet complete. Coffee is still brewing and not ready. If you are on a limited budget, this will suffice. Rooms are just ok. No mini bar or fridge. They provide bathrobes. Parking is not a problem. Problem is that the hotel does NOT have a drop-off area. PWD access is NOT well designed.

Went here last weekend with my partner and son. We came in 4 hours early, and we were allowed to use the pool while waiting. We were allowed to checked in an hour earlier too. Staff are friendly and room service was a breeze. The only thing I can comment is the carpet in the 6th floor, it was a little dirty and unkempt going to our room, and wish they have a bidet in the bathroom, otherwise, everything was great. Will definitely book here again!

Went here last weekend with my family. We went there 4 hours earlier than check in time, and we were happy to have used the pool while waiting (tho the water was really cold to swim in) and checked in an hour earlier. Everything was great, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only thing that I think needs to be worked on is the cleanliness of the carpet on the alley, it was dirty on the 6th floor, otherwise, everything was perfect. My son loved our stay and so I would definitely book again here!

There were cracks on the walls of our room. Wooden flooring was squeeking. At times no hot water. Location is good, parking was not a problem. Food was okay. Gym was good.

We reserved for 2 rooms here and each room is supposedly good for 4 person but a rooms bed is only comfortable for 2person, because of its small sized bed, its just food that we add for extra beds thats why we somehow have slept comfortably..no bidet, towels looks so overused, exhaust fan in our rooms cr is not working..one of the reason why we chose this hotel is because of their pool, but sadly, our children werent able to use it because it has no heater..

The room was very hot. We opened our windows to sleep at night but was still very hot. No air conditioning and the fan was set that it could not be reset to make the room cooler. The towels were very old and the robe was torn.

hotel had seen better days. the exteriors looks great. did not even bother to take pictures of the room. carpet in the room corridors are filthy. rest rooms have no bidet. no fridge for food. breakfast spread was also disappointing. i have seen better spread from other hotels of the same level and price range.

place was not clean during our 2 day stay. there were cobwebs on the wall inside the dining area, and stains on the floor leading to the hallway at 7F. Left over foods are left to stay until we were almost done with our breakfast. Good thing that we brought our own soap and shampoo, the free toiletries like the shampoo and soap was really not usable. Inside the dining area during our breakfast, the dining tables are not setup. we had to get our utensils.

Hot water not working at times. The staff are commendable, considering we stayed during the holiday season. The breakfast buffet, however, is not that amazing.

Had to call to request it.Not well coordinated, check out took longer time than necessary. No refrigerator in the room. 4 boxes of cakes was left behind. We checked out before 11am but front desk only called around 4pm when we were already halfway back to Manila. They should have a note in their computer system when the boxes of cake was left with the restaurant so they could remind guests before check out.

You’ll have to take a few flights of stairs going to hotel lobby.

The buffet breakfast was good and the place had enough parking area which is convenient to leave and not worry before returning late at night.

I arrived late but the staff was still accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. :)

It was a nice family vacation. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel especially my kids. What I like: 1. Free Breakfast buffet - It was awesome! The food are delicious and as in sulit. 2. The room is spacious. My kids really like the room with stairs. 3. The amenities like swimming pool, outdoor play area, amusement room and the kids zone though the last two has additional fee. 4. Staff - they are very accomadating. Our requests were granted. One of the directors of the hotel also helped my wife when she was looking for a cake for my kids as we celebrated their birthdays. What I wish: 1. To have a separate comfort room near pool area where they can change clothes. 2. The amusement room and Kids zone should have AC unit for more comfort and convenience with the kids while playing. Both places are amoy kulob. 3. AC unit in the room and again to add comfort and convenience with the guest. 4. Parking - Hotel guest should be the priority in the enclosed parking area. Walk in or Restaurant customers should use the open space parking area. Again thank you so much 😍😍😍
