The customer service at reception, butler seevice and breakfast area are the best! Without them, it’s just another hotel.

The chiller inside the room is so dirty. Molds can be seen. That’s why i didnt put my water inside.

We stayed there for two nights. The staff were very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay there again. One thing I kinda disappointed was a coffee maker. It didn't work. I asked the hotel staff TWICE to change it but they didn't.
But overall, I really like this hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice and quiet. I couldn’t hear my neighbors (which is important to me). The staff was super nice. Right outside there’s a Starbucks (for those who can’t live without) A Paris Baguette and across the street a G25 (7-11) type store which we went to quite often to buy snacks and beer :).

Beautiful hotel with amazing fit out, breakfast service really special and an awesome rooftop pool and bar with live DJ's and happy hour every night. We were grateful for an upgrade to an Executive Studio of 60 m2 with City Views - def the only room we will book on next trip there!

Brilliant stay! Beautiful comfy hotel, a lovely rooftop pool and bar. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant and their breakfast buffet was delicious. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting. The staff were all lovely and so kind and helpful.

This is a truly amazing hotel. This was my first time in Ho Chi Min City and my experience was fantastic. Extremely comfortable beds, several types of feather/down pillows, everything exceptionally clean, Nespresso coffee and bottled water in the room, the staff were responsive, kind, caring and provided excellent service. The roof top infinity pool and view of the city were stunning. On Sunday they have what they describe as the "Epic Sunday Brunch". This brunch was truly brilliant. If I didn't live in the USA I would have this brunch every Sunday. At the brunch I met a manager who goes by Rio and who had worked at high end hotels in the USA. We had an exceptional conversation and he was very kind and generous to me. So, out of 5 stars, I rate this hotel 10 stars.

This is Not a five star hotel!
largest suite is 60sqm badly designed so I had take an extra room where the bathroom was divided by a Curtain.
How can you call that five star I Don't Know!

This hotel is the reason we want to return to Saigon! The front desk, dining, and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The room was beautiful in everyway - including the Pillow Menu and high thread count sheets. Highlight of each day was the breakfast on 2nd floor. The staff and F&B supervisor there were ALL extraordinary. I can't imagine a better stay, including the perfect location, accessibility to shopping and safe walking, ATM, etc. We respect everyone's great English skills. We ate several dinners here and loved them. Finally, the gym was large, clean, and empty. Perfect! Also appreciate the reliable in-room wifi. We will be back! Not sure if we 'need' a corner room again, but it was nice to have multiple views of the busy streets.

Only the staff at top 2 floors are a little rude as if I am a trespasser to a private property. I wore a short pant with a Nike slippers trying to get in to have a leisure drinks before sleep. They may have some dress code I guess. Worth to note a tomboy staff at the ground floor is extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff is also very nice to help me checking in. The luggage team is also very helpful. The room is near perfect as they provides the British standard socket. Separating bathroom with toilet is a perfect design for a couple.

Exceptional service by all staff, from housekeeping to hospitality and concierge staff members. Great views from room very clean and very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. We were easily able to get to everywhere we wanted by foot most of the time. Excellent buffet breakfast was included.

Close to the main tour areas.two blocks from hop on hop off bus. Two blocks from Mt Notre Dame. 6 blocks from war museum. Very close to all the different types of food plus great restaurants on site. A tremendous rooftop bar.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Room was not huge but very comfortable with a high standard of housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The Hotel des Arts Saigon is the quintessence of gracious service set in a breathtaking tableau. The staff was solicitous, kind and efficient. The breakfast service was delectable, the service impeccable, the setting memorable. Bravo! Bravo!

Lovely hotel. Great staff and very friendly. Rooms are relatively small and a little ‘tired’. There is some loud music in adjacent properties that goes for most of the night so room choice is important if you want to minimize. Roof top bar can also be fairly noisy.

I was told this was one of the better hotels. Not bad. Small. Team was very friendly at Check In. Housekeeping good. The Lounge food was not bad.
Had breakfast which was nice. But on the second day the AC was not even switched in properly and was quite hot.
Loud music from some sort of carnival on the ground floor opposite but not till late at night.
Overall not a bad hotel.
