Wonderful comfortable hotel right in the center. Very friendly staff, great breakfast. We stayed 3 nights while we went to the Bocelli concert. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful stay in the heart of historic Volterra. Walking distance to restaurants. The recommendation by staff on where to eat was perfect.

Hotel is located on a side street. From the outside you think it is an old hotel but it is fully updated. registration clerk was excellent.

I only stayed in this hotel for one night, and it was lovely. As a single traveler, I booked a single room and it was quite small as expected. My friends booked the room for two and it was perfect. This little hotel is a lovely find. I highly recommend it!

A little difficult to find---but so convenient for walking the city of Volterra. The staff is so friendly and the breakfast buffet features a great coffee machine.Our room was small and the pillows could have been better but the bathroom was new and towels were large and soft.This is a great find for the price!Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely week here - very welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely touches in the room with flowers accompanying fresh towels etc. The breakfast room belonged to Beatrice who was tremendous, a fantastic range of food and fresh pastries etc, everything kept replenished and in order every day. Beautiful setting 50 metres from Porta DellArco. Altogether a great stay. Thank you

Loved almost everything about the hotel: the very helpful staff, the great breakfast, the great location, etc. The only problem we really had was that the A/C ran on a really low duty cycle (a few minutes on, then nearly an hour off) such that it never got the room cool enough to sleep comfortably until late in the night during the hot week we were there.

Friendly staff, nice and well-located hotel. Not big issues for only one night but bed and room (not the bathroom thought) were small and a blinking green light of the smoke detector was a bit disturbing during the night.

This was a perfect retreat after a hectic week! I wish I had the time to stay longer, hope to return someday :) Great location right off the square. Cute and very clean room. Felt very safe at the hotel and in the city as a whole. The front desk gal was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are out and about late at night, be sure to bring both keys with you!
