Front desk person very welcoming. Hotel very clean. Our room was great. The most comfortable beds! Only drawback was breakfast ends at 9a.m. I know business people leave early but we are retired and on vacation. Would prefer it to end at 10 like most other hotels we stay at.

Liked the shower. Liked the bed. Was disappointed in the breakfast. The last time I stayed at a Fairfield they had an excellent freshly prepared breakfast. Which is why I booked at Fairfield this time.

There was a sign that said no pets, but there were dogs in the room next to us. They barked a few times, but thankfully not during the night.

Property needed maintenance. I am use to much better from fairfield inns. Pool was closed for maintenance, ceiling panels in hallway need replaced, outside doors near our room had broken closers that need replaced, also the electronic key kept malfunctioning locking us out so we had to walk around to the front of the building.

I decided on the Fairfield because a lot of other places looked sketchy and unkempt. Was not impressed with the tight parking spots, but that’s pretty much most places. Staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast was adequate, with a decent mix. Price was a bit on the high side for the area.

There trash was left I the bathroom. How beds were made was off also. Happy it was only one night. Also no water with breakfast. Staff seemed to think the drinking fountain down the hall was ok, I don’t.

Overall great stay. Only issue was the shower curtain for handicap shower was cut two inches too short so the water went all over the floor.

Friendly staff. Clean and pretty hotel. Pool was closed due to chemical imbalance so kids were bummed. Appreciated Netflix app on tv. The best perk was that they had oat milk at breakfast for my dairy allergy!

Average except for the first room we received already had people sleeping inside. Went back downstairs and the two staff acted like I was lying. After explaining several times that the inside latch was closed (can’t be done from outside of room) and I heard that I scared the crap out of the occupants, I finally got another room.

There was a mixup between Hotels.com and the hotel. The hotel only showed that one room had been reserved. But the people at the desk worked with their management and made sure I got my second room regardless. They were kind and professional throughout.

The property was conveniently located on the Interstate and was easy to find. Check in was very easy. This was the second time that I have stayed at this location. Breakfast is all wrapped choices as typical post Covid.

The breakfast options for a Gluten Free (allergy not choice) were non-existent. Just simple eggs and a meat option are fine, a soggy breakfast biscuit is poison and just nasty.
Orange juice was literally tinted water, and coffee (all 3 urns) were empty. And this was a 2 night stay not a just a one day fluke.

Nice place but we didn’t get certain things usually offered. The front desk was kind and so quick but gave us zero information so later when we all were dressed in our swimsuits and ready to play- that’s when we found the pool was closed due to chemical issue- Info we should have received at check-in. The breakfast was gas station Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches. The rooms were clean and comfortable though.
