Unexpected stay due to highway closure: -Very comfortable mattress -Awesome lighting above bathroom sink -Fabulous continental breakfast -Friendly front desk attendant

-We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Because it was so busy from the storm, it was a major pain having to go back down to the front desk and get reassigned. -Room needs edging with the vacuum around and under the furniture.

location is too far from the old town of Fort Collins…we wanted to walk around town without driving.

The free breakfast was wonderful and pool was delightful.

The room was a little run down and dirty in spots. The bathroom drain was clogged and all corners and edges of the room were dirty.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and responsive to our issues with the room. It was quiet. The accommodations for handicapped people were great. The walk-in shower had a pull-down seat and handheld shower head and there were plenty of grab bars.

The only issue was that there were some maintenance and housekeeping deficiencies. When I brought these matters to the staff when checking out, we were given a discount.

The staff was very friendly, my room was ready an hour early and they blocked a very quiet room for me.

The carpet needs to be upgraded, and the drapery didn't fully block out light, so I had light coming in from the lights outside.

Great breakfast and the person, who was greeting everyone at the breakfast was wonderful and helpful. Separate entrance to pet friendly rooms Plenty of towels to use

-The room was dirty, curtains smeared, carpet was partially damaged and by the entrance the carpet tags were exposed, we used a towel to cover them to avoid being hurt. -Bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working - AC Unit smelled when it was turned on, therefore we turned it off. Sadly the hotel lounge was closed because no one showed up to work.

It was so modern, clean, easy off the highway and easy to get back on, it had a restaurant from which we were able to order dinner and eat in our room. Delicious breakfast included. Parking right outside our room! Pet friendly. Extremely comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. EXCELLENT!

It was more than I wanted to spend but I think we definitely got what we paid for!

Rooms were very good sized and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom had what looked like Sheetrock dust all over the door hinges and baseboards. Found an empty wrapper on bathroom floor that was not ours. The rest of the room seemed very clean - bathroom didn’t appear to have been cleaned.

Pool was open 24 hrs. This was amazing after a long drive and arriving at hotel late in evening.

The breakfast was inedible. They created some yellow flat discs out of some egg product and cooked them in some sort of round flat vessel until they were rubbery. They had no flavor at all and they called them "scrambled eggs". The sausages were so salty that you couldn't/shouldn't eat them so we didn't. Charging $175 a weeknight for such an old motel in Rawlins, WY. was excessive.
