The Suite was nice, clean, and comfortable. A spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The patio was a huge plus. The cool ocean breeze that flows through the entire suite is really superb not needing any air conditioner. A true vacation condo with lots of privacy.

Only there for a night. Place is super clean. Manager was on top of everything. Would stay again. One minute walk to water and all the restaurants.

Property appeared to have undergone some renovations. All white, new floor tiles and clean as far as the common areas and our room were. A couple of blocks away from the water. Responsive and friendly Manager and staff. Would go again for another short stay.

The staff at Lorimar were very kind and helpful, and the facility was in great condition. The owners had done recent renovations , and it showed. I would only add some bedside lamps.

Good location close to the malecon, close to restaurants and bars. Two minute walk to the waterfront and small beaches. Rooms are renovated and clean. Staff speaks English and are very helpful.

Great location a block off the malecón. Staff friendly and helpful. Room while quite spartan was clean and served it’s purpose for a one night’s stay on trip into La Paz on business. Overall clean and comfort. Good value.

There is a step up into the bathroom. I had to pay attention as I almost fell. Then remember to step down. It was a small room with a bathroom. I can not say anything bad about this place. I found it safe, comfortable and really clean. Slept really well. The staff were great upon check in and check out. Truly it was amazingly clean. I gave it the white glove and the bedding smelled wonderful as well. Bed was also very comfortable. Close enough to the Malecon and far enough away that there was no street noise. The air conditioner was quiet and quickly cooled the room. I only needed it for a few minutes to chill the room, then I turned it off. There was no TV which was nice. I fell asleep without it. Also that way there were no other units with loud t.v.'s. Other guests were respectful for I never heard anything after 9 p.m. This hotel is what it is and for the price it is perfect. Like a private room with a bathroom in a hostel. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff, your awesome.

This was a very nice hotel, clean, courteous staff, excellent location to the Malecon and coffee shops and restaurants. The price was perfect very budget friendly.

It is a nice hotel particularly when you consider the price and location. The manager Gabriel is very meticulous. He knows the property and he knows the area. He did caution me to block my bike in the hotel. The thing that I would caution is be careful with your keys when you go to the beach. There are people who are looking

It’s was nice

This was a roomy Jr Suite. Great value for the money. Initially was concerned about side locked gate to get into room, but found it to be very secure as a result.

Parking was on-street which wasn't a safety concern but was sometimes a block away. WiFi was only available in the lobby. A meshed WiFi system would allow WiFi to be available to guests in their rooms. The lobby as large and well proportioned. There was no TV in rooms. Location is great, about a block and a half to the Malecon

Very clean, minimalist property. Close to great food and the Beach Boardwalk and all of downtown La Paz. WILL STAY AGAIN!

We live in Cerritos Beach I like to go to La Paz for shopping and salsa dancing and events. Great little spot for a quick trip to La Paz.

the place was fine

Very conveniently located one block in the middle of the water front tourist area. Many restaurants, shops, and felt safe.

The layout of the building was unique. And it appears they are still adding and updating, but was separate from where the guest were, so no problem. I would have enjoyed the patio more if I could have seen the water better. There was the top of a tree in the way. But again, no problem.

Great little hotel in a great little city. The owner was onsite and very personable. The staff is bilingual and helpful. The whole place was just remodeled. For the price, it’s an absolute steal. Highly recommended.

This hotel has an incredible location and is being remodeled and updated. Our rooms were small and spartan, but everything was new and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and I am certain that when the project is complete it will be wonderful!!! Oh and the price is crazy good!!!

Very small room perfectly clean. A place to sleep. Could use night table lamps. It was perfectly quiet and February nights did not need a/c. Just steps to everything and the wonderful Malecon, boardwalk along the bay.

We were pleasantly surprised having read some negative reviews. This place was clean, with a great location, big size, and fully stocked kitchen. It was a full apartment right by the malecon. Absolutely no complaints.

Major renovation going on very noisy and dirty. The booking app should have alerted me. I left immediately and wound up having to pay for the night anyway.

The location of this hotel was great - less than 2 blocks from the Malecón. We arrived later than we had planned, but the staff was there and was very attentive to our needs and concerns. We were only there for one night, but it was a fun and comfortable stay, made even better by some of the other guests as well as a very friendly staff. It is an older hotel and in need of some TLC, but a great value and a safe and comfortable place to stay!

This is an older hotel, but delightful and very close to the 'Malecon', restaurants, etc. We were in a small single bed room, and they allowed us to have our small dog with us - a real plus! We enjoyed our stay and will do it again!

Great location, fair prices, nice staff. Really cute place. Looks like the might be upgrading. Needs s bit of tlc.
