What a sweet motel only minutes from everything Ludington has to offer. Very friendly staff and their breakfast was a special surprise. They have a beautiful outdoor space that is peaceful and provides nice seating options!

Beautiful motel, decorated in mid-century modern. Full breakfast which was served in dining room was delicious. Staff so nice and friendly. Cute library and secret garden and koi pond. Great 2 night stay.

Clean, comfortable room, outstanding breakfast. The garden is stunning and a wonderful place to relax, read or chat with fellow travelers. Can't wait to return!

The service was very friendly, room was very clean, and the breakfast was awesome. The only negative was that the bathroom was dated and small but that was disclosed. Very happy with our stay. The outdoor area was very beautiful as well.

Loved staying here. The room was small but we had everything we needed. The grounds here were lovely as was the porch and dining area. We had a tasty quiche and fresh fruit breakfast with Amish cinnamon bread and rhubarb jam. Would definitely stay here again.

Quint small room but very comfortable. Would have liked to sit by koy pond built raining. Still was very cool to see and lots of pictures. Breakfast was homemade service great but only 3 items to choose from. It was very good but very limited breakfastTook S. S. Badger car ferry and is a very short drive to dock. Very convenient

The Summers Inn lived up to the reviews. I was travelling on the SS Badger Ferry, this one is 3 minutes away, clean, friendly service with a nice breakfast.
I picked the lowest cost room (favorite among solo travelers). It is a smaller room. Fine for 1 night.
The room was clean. I enjoyed the outsize shaded seating area for that night. The bed was less firm than I like, but again, fine for one night.

Wecoming, warm, very comfortable in ever aspect, felt more like home than anyplace I have stay in years. The breakfast was a delight. I talked with other guests like I was sitting in my kitchen with family.

The bathroom was tiny and poorly lit. The toilet is tiny and not ADA standard. The lighting in the rest of the room was not great.

Very quite. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and caring. This was our 4th stay with them. Breakfast was delicious. Also made reservations for August.

Great place to stay - comfy room and wonderful garden and koi pond in back to enjoy. Would have been nice to check-in with person instead of a lock box but I understand staff shortages. More breakfast variety would have been nice. Overall very nice hotel with great location.

Absolutely amazing property! So clean and fresh, beautiful grounds, gardens and room. Staff is great, we needed special accommodations and they made it so easy. Delicious breakfast and enjoyed talking with David at length about the property and Ludington. Definitely would stay again!

This was the nicest motel I have ever stayed in! So many nice touches from beautiful plantings, koi fish pond, freshly made breakfast options, freshly brewed coffee, outdoor candles and sitting areas...just a wonderful experience!

Peaceful nook right off the main road, close to everything! This cute motel was clean and unique in that you truly felt like you were staying at a tucked-in oasis. The grounds were so well done, the pergolas and the koi pond were amazing! My husband and I loved visiting the koi, very well done! Staff was incredible, kind and very personally attentive. We loved our homemade breakfast and felt that special care went into each guest. Rooms were cute, clean, and cozy. Highly recommend!

It was amazing, from the cleanliness of the rooms, to very helpful staff, to the awesome garden and Koi pond area. It was so quiet and peaceful, I forgot that the property was in a neighborhood and on the main road in Ludington. I highly recommend the Summer's Inn for your next stay.

It was self-checkin, but it was easy: the email instructions were exceptionally clear. The room was simple and comfortable; the grounds and public areas were welcoming and attractive; breakfast wasn’t lavish but was fresh and well-prepared, and service was very friendly. Everything was impeccably clean. We would return here.

Quaint and quiet. Last minute stay so wasn't expecting much, but turned out to be a great little motel. Breakfast is prepared to order, very good.
