Great spot right in a fun area handy to exploring. We had our dog and found the property very pet friendly with the beach across the street. East parking and access to room.

Overall, if you need a place to stay. It’s not terrible but I will not be choosing this place in the future. They neglected to tell me they would put a hold on my funds for a damage deposit because I didn’t have a credit card. When questioned about the pricing jacked for my stay but became cheaper due to fall season they came with excuses. I was blocked from my parking and suite and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Yes the suites are renovated but very cheaply. The floors were pre existing terribly scratched and you can’t use the shower without getting water everywhere. They’ll try win your heart with ice cream instead. The walls are super thin so you can hear your next door neighbour simply walking. Upside is you walk out and your view is the ocean, unless they stick you in the back like us. Overall wasn’t worth the pricing and I’d only stay here if I had to. There is worse places out there.

Close to fairy and beaches

I didn’t like the price, therefore not good value for money. Also no breakfast included not even a discount for breakfast.

Superficially renovated very poor comfort. The air conditioner was broken and there were no screens on the windows so we could not leave them open the bugs come in. Cost is very expensive, so we expected more, and when I called the following day, they told me they would get back to me with a discount and never did

Overall the motel was not terrible but there a few things that stuck out. When checking in they said free Icecream bar 7pm and there was a picture that looked awesome. but when we went back there was no bar it whack off brand popsicles that tasted bad. Really bad. Then our room stank like bleach really strong and the floor was really scratched up and bad condition. The grounds of the motel were also kinda dirty with trash all around. TO be fair I am very picky about beds. But the bed was too soft and it slumped in the middle. also it was on wheels so it slides around. I didn't sleep well at all. These things are pretty serious for me and will make me not want to go back. But to be fair there were some strong positives. The view is stunning. And staff were friendly. Upon check out they gave us a bag of cookies and treats. That was nice.

Terrible cleanliness.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the location was great. Minor issues is we had the kitchenette villa with no dining table, slightly hard beds, and no TV in the second bedroom. AC was very loud and above the tv. The hotel shared reception with the next-door hotel the sister hotel which I didn’t know till I got there so had to walk a distance to check in. The area was quiet, away from the highway, and within walking distance to the dock and restaurants. Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend

They have an ice cream time at 5-7pm, my kids got some popsicles from there. They like it.

Our shower backed up twice in less than 3 hours, we weren't even in the room. The room we were finally changed to was hugely less than what we paid for. We were offered $30 discount..finally 2 days later we were able to ralk to the manager and were able to fight for $100 discount for our inconvenience . We should have been fully refunded!

The location of the property was great, it is located across of the beach and pier, wonderful walk and views to enjoy. The property was clean and well organized. Staff was very welcoming, Muizz was attentive and very helpful.

The view from the Villa was wonderful with comfy chairs facing the oceam.

For the price, it was just OK. Not bad but certainly not great.

Excellent help at the reception desk from Sagar and Muizz. Kitchenette was minimally equipped. Towel bars lacking in the bathroom, otherwise everything was good and it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed in the villa part of the hotel on June 1-2/2024. Room 3 to be exact. 2 queen beds. I really like that there was a separate room for the second bed. I really liked the nice receptionist fella. He was friendly and helpful. The location is great, having it across the water. I like that there’s a kitchenette. The room itself is smaller than what the pictures portrayed so it’s a bit cramped for 4 people. There are some modern features to the room like the bathroom mirror and the Keurig coffee machine was nice. But unfortunately there were also things we did not like. Not sure about other rooms, but our room was very dusty. The lampshades, the bed frames, the blinds etc were really dusty. Our beds were so soft, felt old and over used. Woke up with back aches. The towels smelled musty and The shower drain was clogged up and did not drain for hours after one shower so the rest of us couldn’t wash up after a long day because the shower floor was flooded with gross water and hair. Maybe it was just our room, but just keep in mind these reminders if anyone is thinking of booking. Overall, I’d come back to this hotel but only after I check the room I’m given.

Villas undergoing updating so some parking is not yet paved. One of us uses a walker. Moiz (reception) changed our villa to an ocean view with paved parking directly in front of unit. Greatly appreciated. Beautiful view of water. Rooms clean and nicely renovated.

The staff are very kind, friendly and accommodating. Few steps to the beach. Unlimited coffee with different options. Loved our stay.

Can hear traffic on hy in front of hotel ,but still it has beautiful sunsets and beach front views
