we got a room upgrade to a lovely ocean view with 2 king beds which was excellent. i was travelling with my sister

Staff was great, the location couldn't have been better and the rooms were clean and nicely renovated.

We stayed on the ground unit and the noise from the upstairs guests were very noticeable.

No breakfast was included with the room. However there were lots of options nearby, and a fridge so we could take milk and cereal, etc. We could walk out the sliding doors and sit and watch the ocean! soooo great! We even saw a pod of orcas go by!

The mattress cover was too big, so the sheets were always wrinkled up under us. The staff brought us a fitted sheet but it didn't help. The attached restaurant was very unpredictable with their hours.

Modern and clean room, extremely comfortable bed, ocean view, friendly staff, coffee machine with various drinks (located at reception), coffee machine in the room, automatic blinds, location.

We arrived early and were able to get into our room 2 hours earlier then the 4 o'clock check in time Friendly staff greeted us Overall it was a wonderful 2 day mini holiday Thank you so much Highly recommended Ben Froehlich

Road noise

It's summer time and they don't have fans in the bedrooms. They did have an AC in the living room but nothing in the bedroom.

The sheets/bedding did not appear to be properly cleaned.

Room had many recent upgrades but the rooms were still a bit tired. . there was 1/2 cup of coffee in microwave. when i see this, i wonder what else had been overlooked

The property is in a great location, and the balcony has stunning views of the ocean and is perfect to watch the sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was great!!

There aren’t really any other facilities to judge the hotel on. We called down to ask for more pillows but unfortunately they didn’t have any. Only 3 were provided for both of us.
