Friendly , clean , great locationn

the property is dated but that adds to its charm. And it is location is excellant ! It is close but not in the middle of all the action and it is a short walk to everything. I would absolutely return .

First off the woman we rented from us very nice and accommodating as much as she could. Seems like a very hard worker. They communicated to us we had to switch rooms in the middle of the week, which was very inconvenient. I wish I did not say yes to that. The first room was ok, small but did the trick. The second room was really bad. It smelled like smoke so bad, my son has asthma and had so many asthma attacks from this room, we did complain and she tried to help but it did not go away, we all smelled like smoke and our clothes smelled so bad also. People are really loud at all hours of the night and the beds were really uncomfortable. A lot of things didn’t work. The drain in the bathroom had tons of hair in it, when I gave my kids a bath, there was gross hair floating in the water. You get what you pay for, I would not stay there again. I do appreciate the efforts from the owner, just wasn’t the best stay.

Loved staying there! The owner is very sweet and the room we stayed in was cleaned and recently refurbished !

Location was perfect. We loved fishing on the docks and the pool.

Check-in went smooth. The location is great. Beautiful surroundings. Walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Other tenants were very nice and informative about the place. But a neighbor constantly slammed the door throughout the eve.Parking was a bit confusing. I was told to park at 1, someone was already there, so I parked at 2, but no consistency during the few days. Manager had me blocked in & was mad when they had to move the vehicle to let me out. We were in shock when she verbally went off about it.The room smelled of cigarettes every morning when the air kicked on, not sure if it was coming from the neighbors or the ventilation system, had to borrow some room spray to help. Over all, it was good weekend get-away.

I had such a good stay! My room was so nice. It was clean and I had no issues at all. Tanya was amazing my entire stay. I will stay here again when I come back to the area.

VERY nice vibe !! GREAT staff . ENJOYABLE . Walk to the beach and to great places to eat ! Nice dock out back, very relaxing ! Did I mention the great staff !

I love this place! So clean and the nicest people!

This isn’t a resort... booked online only to get a call that it was double booked. This is more of an extended stay motel. Front door didn’t shut properly. Hot water took forever. Parking was limited. You can hear people talking outside your door. Was not a pleasant experience.

Super cute property and rooms with docks out back with beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. It has the classic florida, laid back beach town feel and you can really tell the owner takes pride in the place! We'll definitely be going back!
