Nice clean modern place in pleasant surroundings with nice Green King pub attached. Had the barbeque grill platter from the pub which wasn’t very nice, should have gone for a burger.

Lovely comfy hotel, great food in the restaurant too. Beautiful setting in the middle of the park. Couldn't fault it.

Generally very good. Slick checkin and checkout. Drinks and food at good prices with excellent service. Room was a little too warm, making sleeping slightly uncomfortable. Noise from something being moved outside at 4 am. Everything else was fine.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming, room was clean and bed super comfortable, I had issues with the free WiFi being very slow but it was fine for my partner so not sure what was going on there. Location is great for a walk around Thornes Park

We were there for a party, which we were warned might be noisy till midnight! It was and we were the noise😁 other than that it did what it said on the tin, clean

Excellent stay from start to finish. Room was lovely and clean and welcoming. Food in the restaurant was delicious and even they even sorted a burger, that wasnt listed on the menu, for my picky daughter lol, nothing was too much trouble. Would def recommend.

I use at least once a month but why is it more expensive to book direct than via Hotels.com or similar? Crazy. Why not reward regular customers? The 10% off via the room card still doesnt discount the price to the external price

Friendly reception staff. Room needs some TLC - puddle on bathroom floor, bedside lights didn’t work. English breakfast disappointing.
