Best hotel in solo, cleanest room, exciting facilities, but little bit poor in breakfast.

I waited 5 hours for fresh towels. this was after calling 4 times and visiting the desk thrice. yet, the front desk staff didn't believe me and came with me to check if I was lieing. disgrace. room has dust all over. view was good. walls are paper thin, this very noisy. room service took 45 mins just for a sandwich. breakfast easily took an hour. probably good for locals, not foreigners. take 20 to 30 mins to reach town. will not be returning or recommending.

Bad experience starting with checking in with an unfriendly front desk/staff; The room was missing the safe and I waited for almost an hour for them to bring one, which made me late for my business meeting. Terrible dinner and breakfast experience. I ordered the baked chicken and it was cold and tasted old and like leftovers, after a very long wait... The waitress did try her best and the hotel eventually sent me the same dinner to my room free of charge, this time it was warm. On the bright side, the duty manager and spa staff were excellent.

Definetely not 4 stars hotel. Only provide bath towels and an old dirty bath mat. No wash cloth, no hand towels.

every thing is good, staff friendly, room and food very nice

I like the nasi goreng in that restaurant. The employees are very friendly, helpful and polite. I definitely will be back.

Alana is one of the best choice to stay at Surakarta. Aside of placed not in the best prominence location, hotel facility is very complete.Room is clean, staff is helpful, non stop hot water, excellent wi-fi connection, complete TV cable with affordable room rate.

it is a new hotel so it is still clean...wondering if within few more years ahead still clean because i notice theres leak in the toilet.

Booked this hotel at a great price for one night, stoping on a road trip from Jakarta to Bali. Was a very pleasing experience, highly recommend!

The hotel is highly recommended for business and leisure although not located in downtown solo.

Overall very good hotel.The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom which looks high end. It is all very clean and new.The TV programs will satisfy anybody as the number of channels is impressive. (Including several different HBO channels, FOX channels...)Room service is ok and quite fast.Swimming pool is quite large and will be more than enough for the fans of swimming.The staff is very welcoming and helpful.It is very close from the airport (10-15min) and not far from the city center as well.A very good quality/price ratio for this hotel and very suitable for business.I will surely stay there again if I go back to Solo.

Quite surprise that 3 star hotel could be this amazing. It looks like 5 star to me. All facility just amazing. Love my room, the wifi, breakfast, pool, gym.. all great!
