The room was great but was super disappointed in the breakfast. Bagels, English muffins, oatmeal….wasn’t my idea of a breakfast buffet

Our check-in was wonderful, service was great. The hotel feels outdated, but it is clean and comfy. The breakfast offered wasnt the best, very little selection compared to other hotels. Overall, we would stay here again for the service alone.

Always a great stay at the Odawa! Our "go to" when we stay in Petoskey. Always immaculately maintained and super clean! Awesome friendly staff. Great rates!

It would be really hard to stay anywhere else in petoskey! We had a hotel booked in pellston but after 1 sleepless night we moved to odawa. It’s clean, spacious, quiet and the location is great.very nice indoor pool and hot tub

We LOVE Odawa hotel and casino. Great pool area and beautiful views. We were sad that the hot food breakfast buffet was unavailable because they were "between chefs right now". We will always return here.

Been staying at Odawa for the past couple of years for the Mackinac Bridge Walk. Convenient location for being only a 30 or so minute drive to Mackinaw City. Staff is always friendly and precise, rooms are always clean, and beds are really comfortable

We were at the Odawa Hotel three nights Labor Day weekend. After reading previous reviews, we were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised and happy that everything was great. Yes, the continental breakfast was NOT hot foods, but that's okay. What mattered the most was that the room was clean, and it was. The gentleman at the check-in counter was friendly and accommodating. We received the $15 vouchers for every day we stayed which was nice. We were on the second floor, and while it did smell like chlorine in the hallway, we did not smell it in our room. However, we were not in the first set of rooms. The only two complaints we have was the key cards didn't last very long, and the towels were not changed every day. We had to request new towels. We did not have the "Do not disturb" sign on the door, so we thought the cleaning people would have knocked on the door. We were out of the room most of the time. So all in all, a good choice.

Convenient location

Not a bad price but every morning was very noisy by the housekeepers. I heard them banging doors open and making noise from 9am to 12pm. Could not get any sleep. Breakfast for a hotel, especially for a casino hotel was horrible. Just cereal and muffins is all they can do 😒. The shower was clogged on the day we checked in. They did give $15 a day per person for the casino. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were nice too. They should put a little more money into the hotel. Staff is very nice just noisy. Not sure is I would go back but, if they make some improvements then maybe.

Entire place was dirty, people there are loud and disrespectful in middle of night! Cleaning staff is always on there phones and lazy. Spilled Coca Cola was on the lobby floor for 3 days straight that we walked around. Two nights at $600.00 for a bad experience. Wish we would’ve went down the road to the days in or holiday in! Odawa hotel was not like it used to be, years ago.

This property is priced perfect for the amount of time we spend in the actual room while up north. It has comfortable beds and is easy to get to other nearby towns and lakes.

Very strange that the hotel is not at the casino

This was a well maintained property with very comfortable beds. The location was nice and the shuttle back and forth to the casino made going to the casino very easy. Our room was very quiet.

No breakfast buffet, a lame continental breakfast, leaky tub spout whose drip keep us up coupled with the sound of toilets flushing & doors slamming. The window ac unit cycled from noisy heat to ac (when temp was set to 73). No consistent temp. The shower/tub was dated with ripped wallpaper from the door. Outside door trim was affixed with black electric tape. Booked room was to be a “bay view” instead we had a lovely parking lot view.
