Needed major updating. Carpet was dirty , very loud from traffic and upper rooms. Breakfast was joke. Cold,biscuits and gravy and frozen jimmy dean sausage sandwiches.

The hotel needs to be updated. The staff is great.

Average. It was nice to have the refrigerator and microwave. Balconies all have a good view of the bay, but it is a ways off.

We loved our trip. We always stay here. We hsd a huge problem with our HOTELS card. Was resolved approximately 2 weeks later.

Perhaps some regular maintenance...like the broken screen on the screen door leading out to the balcony. Breakfast area was a little tight...but breakfast was fine. Really appreciated the nice services like the complimentary limo, water bottles and delicious apples at the front desk. View from the 4th floor was very nice. We'd go back again.

Very happy with our stay here. The front desk ladies were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony of Lake Michigan was super nice. The breakfast was really good, with a lot of variety. Will stay here again.

Great location with a great veiw

I reserved a king balcony room and was expecting the large balcony showed in the pictures online. Very disappointed they gave me a corner room with a very small triangle balcony-not much room to even move the two chairs and it faced the street vs the Bay. When I expressed my disappointment, I received an "I'm sorry" but not an offer to be moved to a different room. Bright balcony light could not be turned off so the room was not dark at night; the curtain would not completely cover the patio door so a slice of bright light leached into the room. Clean and comfortable room/bed, but could hear the water/pipes when adjacent room showered or flushed a toilet. Breakfast options very limited. I stayed at the property two years prior and had none of these issues, so perhaps I received an inferior room because I didn't book direct this time? Great location and the free limo service a plus.

High cost for low quality

Excellent place to stay while in Petoskey. Friendly & informative staff, the Limo Service was Excellent & well appreciated for the convenience. The driver was Excellent. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Petoskey.

We had a warm welcome to start our stay here. They offer complimentary bottled water, cookies and apples upon check-in. There is a free limo service for guests which will take you downtown, or to the casino. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although could use a bit of updating. The tap in the bathtub was difficult to operate and the towel bar was coming loose. There is coffee/tea available in the breakfast room around the clock. The complimentary breakfast was average. The service and cleanliness of the breakfast room was excellent, and the apple decor was a nice touch. The hotel was conveniently located, close to shopping and dining. Overall, we had a very nice stay here.

Perfect location and every room has at least a partial view of the bay! Super clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and they offer a complimentary shuttle that just so happens to be a limo! We look forward to coming back!

Overall well run and maintained property…could use some updating here and there but a good choice.

Housekeeping does great with what they have to work with. Bed was comfy, breakfast was great, front desk was awesome. Hotel in general needs a lot of updating and rooms need to be redone.

Check in time was after 3 our room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. We had to find something to do for over an hour. Room was okay the toilet wasn’t flushing well and the bathroom sink was slow to drain. The outside area was just having flowers planted so a lot of weeds.

Breakfast had a good selection, the room was clean but the carpet looked old but no dirt on my white socks. The price is great for the value. The room was quiet the A/C unit was quiet and the hot water was hot. Had more the usual gym equipment that you find in a hotel. So I would definitely go back there and recommended it to my friends. Great location to town and a great value

Our room was very spacious, with multiple seating options and 2 queen beds. The breakfast options were very good. The shower was hard to adjust the water temperature, and water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Overall the stay was great!

The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. We also loved the free limo service they provided in the evening to get to and from downtown! I would stay here again.

We had a corner room and the balcony couldn't even fit the 2 chairs and table. The shower couldn't maintain a consistent water temperature. The staff were very friendly and breakfast was solid but I did not feel my stay was worth $200/night

This hotel was very cute and was very comfortable. It has everything one would need from a fridge and microwave in the room to free 24 hour coffee! We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Helpful woman at the front desk when I checked in to the hotel. She let me borrow a phone charger as I was having troubles with mine! Thank you!

Ladies at the front desk very pleasant and helpful. Close to everything we wanted. Yes older but clean. Breakfast was an additional plus, ladies working there again very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
