Owners were incredibly nice and breakfast was delicious! Did a great job of varying what was offered each day.

A nice B&B near downtown Ashville and the Biltmore—not walkable but close. Very quiet location. Cozy with vintage and antique furniture. Our room had a day bed which was nice to have but the mattress was not comfortable. Great pressure in the shower if that is important to you. Cookies/brownie provided in the afternoon for each guest and yummy breakfast each morning.

Stayed for just 2 nights. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Warm and cosy feel to the place and all very clean. Was great to have use of their little kitchen and fridge. Lots of English teas and a kettle available too which was a big bonus for us!!

Loved the comfortable and spacious room--with a private deck! Erica and Jim were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic. It was obvious that professional chefs were in the kitchen. Erica was also very helpful about dinner suggestions.

Jim and Erica were wonderful hosts! Breakfast was outstanding and got the day to a good start! This is very convenient place of you are spending time visiting the Biltmore. Jim was very helpful with our niche of enjoying local breweries. Best bargain in accommodations in Asheville!

Super friendly owners. Breakfast was outstanding. Entire place was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and daily housekeeping services which you don’t get at hotels. Location quiet but quick access to all sites. Only minor concern was the TV. Needed your own streaming service to get sports but was able to get basic Roku.

Erica was super delightful. We enjoyed having breakfast with another couple we met there. It was hard to sleep in Room 3. The noise from the guests upstairs above us was miserable. They walked around and moved furniture 'til 1:00 a.m. Plus, our bed creaked whenever one of us moved. The rooms could use some TLC. The shower rod and hooks looked and felt so old and industrial. The bathroom door needed paint. The hair conditioner dispenser was empty. A tall person would have been miserable in that room. My knees nearly touched the wall when I was on the toilet. If I were any taller, I wouldn't have fit. As it was, I sat on the toilet at a slant. The neighborhood was meh, but close the Biltmore and downtown.

We loved this B&B in an old home built in 1910. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We were on the second floor but the stairs were not a problem. Our hosts, Jim and Erica were very cordial. Jim met us at the door when we arrived. He quickly gave the information we needed to exit and return to the property, showed us to our room and was very helpful with suggestions for dining in town. Plus there were fresh baked cookies every afternoon!!!

Easy drive to Biltmore house or downtown. Our room was spotless. All areas were neat and clean. Quaint home with a unique history. Breakfast was excellent. High quality food and presentation. We had a very enjoyable stay at Oakland cottage b and b.

We liked this place a lot. The innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. When we reported an issue with the HVAC they were right on it. The breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast close to downtown and the Biltmore. We had a sweet Queen room w/ensuite. Hot homemade breakfast every morning and attentive staff. Great for a long weekend birthday stay! We will be back.

The property was very comfortable and the breakfasts and afternoon cookies were spectacular. They were understanding to our need to arrive late and ensured that we had our room ready. The location was really good to all the sites we wanted to see. Will definitely make plans to return.

First of all this property was pet friendly and welcomed our dog with a small basket of towels, bed sheet and poopy bags. The hostess and grounds keeper were very friendly and helpful. The prepared breakfast(s) were wonderful and delicious. Since we had an early time to visit the Biltmore house the inn keeper prepare a to go breakfast. In the evenings a cookie snack was furnished for each guest and our dog was not left out. Once again this was a great B & B that is convenient to everything, friendly and professionally run.

Quiet restful nights sleep, imaginative tasteful breakfast and welcoming engaged hosts. The facility is aged but spotlessly clean and well maintained. The shower is impossible for an 80 year old.

Erica & Joe were awesome hosts. The daily breakfasts were out of this world delicious. Erica created a culinary delight every morning - nothing run-of-the mill. Every meal was different and creative. The afternoon fresh baked cookies were also treat. Joe was very friendly and knowledgable. We enjoyed speaking with him and learning about the area. They both take a lot of pride in what they do and the services they provide. The property is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Lots of charm. Very peaceful and quite area. The property is also located very close to pretty much everything we wanted to do in Asheville - literally no more than 2 or 3 miles in any direction - the area was very easy driving for out of state visitors. My wife and I both enjoyed our stay very much. If/when we travel back to Asheville we will definitely book here again. Thank you Erica & Joe for your southern hospitality. Everything was perfect! The owners and the food and the service! It was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It is also very close to downtown so we just walked there!

We loved Oakland Cottage B&B! Our room was spacious and beautiful and so was the whole house. The breakfasts were amazing -- different every day and gourmet. Our hosts were friendly and helpful.

This was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely go there again. It's just a very short drive to the Biltmore Estate, the River Arts District, and downtown Asheville. Our suite was spacious and clean, and the small refrigerator/freezer was an added plus. The breakfasts and afternoon snacks were all delicious, and our hosts and cleaning staff were wonderful. Great B&B!
