The room is spacious, the standard room consist of a bedroom and a small living room , but the furniture is old and over used. The bathroom is very old and needs a total renovation.

The hotel is clearly outdated but reasonably maintained. Rooms are far different from what you see in pictures. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the aircon was amazing. I think it’s equal to two or three stars max.

Worst Hotel staff I have ever experienced ..I waited for almost 5 hours from 3pm to 8pm but still no room provided and ultimately have to book new hotel

I didn't like checking in service & it was terrible.
Long que, no room was available on time, The staff are very nice & polite but the check in process need to be improved.
Facility is very nice. I like staying in this place.

Nice and clean, beautiful hotel.

Beautiful rooms and hotel. Only cold water tap in bathroom sink made shaving difficult. Not much in local area. Staff very attentive. Good selection for breakfast.

Breakfast wasnt good.. Frankly waste of money.Front desk in the daytime wasnt o.k. called twice for our checkout although we told them we requested late checkout

Hotel inspire intimacy and warmth because of the lavish furniture rampant in all the corridors and hotel galleries.

+ve : Clean Hotel, friendly and sincere staff , good location, very good furniture and decoration, excellent spacious room are as all rooms are actually suites, free and clean parking area, breakfast was good but limited, however they can provide you with unavailable items if you request
-ve: check-in took very long time where only one receptionist was available to serve 2 check-ins and 2 check-outs at the same time beside answering the phone every 3 minutes, no porter available to take the luggage nor take them to your rooms until I asked for, I found dead cockroach in the bathroom and the toilet bowl was occluded and needed plumber to fix it, the house keeping staff were sincere, friendly but very slow in responding to my requests,

The hotel is very nice but the problem was a lot of road construction around it

the hotel was excellent overall,, swimming pool is reserved for ladies from 11am to 2pm, the breakfast was good, the location is excellent despite that there are some road construction going on in beside the hotel which was little annoying to reach to the hotel with all the detours were having.
