Was expecting a little "downtime" in a cabin along a river, but didn't realize that the Deluxe Cabin I had booked was buried in the back of an RV park! Had to drive through a sea of travel trailers/RVs just to find my cabin.
The bright spot was that the BBQ joint on the property had live music nd the duo who were performing weren't half bad (90's grunge rock). Cut our stay short...

I absolutely LOVED this property! The moment I walked in I was pleasantly surprised with the large bed and cozy quarters. It was a solo trip so it was perfect for just me. The staff is top notch! The grounds are clean and safe and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The rooms were very nice. A couple of things that would make it better. Our room had a very strong scent, that was a little over-powering. The mattresses were comfortable but extremely soft. The shower/bath was small and we struggled to regulate the water temperature

This is a great place to stay. We booked a room and it was cozy with a nice bathroom. They also have rustic and deluxe cabins. At check-in, we were given a small bag with some smores supplies. I thought that was so cute. There are two hot tubs and a fire pit for guests. And the store on the property has some great coffee. The Smokehouse restaurant was wonderful. We were able to walk along the riverwalk trail to get into downtown. There was a small fridge in the room, but I wish there had been a small microwave, too. I think next time I’d like to give the cabins a try. I found the detached restrooms to be very clean.

There is a well stocked store for snacks and drinks on the premises and gas pumps. It is located in a beautiful area on the outskirts of town and not in walking distance to restaurants.

Pretty place on the river! Only complaint was the walls are pretty thin so neighbors talking and moving around may wake you up. Other than that it was great!!

An amazing cabin on the river with grill on private deck. Ouray is 3 minute drive and Orvis hot springs 9 minute. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I booked a room for two, forgot to call ahead and rebook for4 people. They were totally booked up, but they had just finished a completely remodeled upstairs house for 8 but put us in it for 1/2 regular price. Had our on private patio complete with hot tub and gas grill, corn hole game. They are great people to stay with. Most accommodating I’ve ever had. Oh, it overlooks the river, like 50’ from upstairs deck, just beautiful. They could have just said”sorry we are booked and surely not going to rent us a 100% upgrade for 1/2 price. Thank you very much

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we loved it. Check in and checkout was super easy and convenient. The room was super comfortable and spacious. The bedding was also very comfortable. My favorite part was the views. Don't forget to get your s'mores kit, this was so much fun! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! The property was beautiful and they upgraded us from a room to a cabin when we got there and wanted to stay in a river front cabin without extra charge! It was clean and beautiful and exactly what we needed

We are already planning our next stay here! Everything about our stay was lovely. Check in was easy, dinner down the street at their restaurant was delicious, the property was beautiful, our cabin was story-book charming and we didn’t want to leave! I can’t wait to see it in the summertime!
