We had so much fun taking the free game room and pool area. This hotel accepts pets and my kids got to meet so many dogs!! 10/10 this will be our Topeka hotel every 2 months when we visit!!!

We arrived to only one of two elevators working for four floors. When we woke up the next day, we took the elevator down to breakfast, but then saw the out of order sign on both elevators when ready to take our coffee up. Front desk said both were out of order til Monday so we should take the stairs. Front desk boy said the sports team girls staying there had jumped in the elevator throwing it off track. Stairwell was 90 degrees because they left the heater on. Hauled luggage down four flights in 90 degrees. Went back to front desk to tell them of heat. For grins, checked elevator again. When we pushed the button, it came down. When we questioned the front desk, he said he guessed they hadn't turned off the power. Told him we felt as though they lied to us and we would like a credit for part of the room for our troubles. He said that since we booked on hotels.com that the most they "may" do is 15%. The manager wouldn't show his face. I let him know I was a Hilton Honors member, but he didn't care. Shocked at how badly we were treated from a hotel with such a high rating on hotels.com. Don't stay here. They have credited nothing. Clearly they don't want to make it right.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The water was hot and had good pressure, the room was SO quiet (no running noises, kids yelling, door slams) and the area was full of options and stores. Breakfast had plenty of options my only flaw if I had to pick one was ice in the OJ and apple juice made it watery and weird. I would stay in this hotel over and over if I could!

Our room was noisy. Like very noisy. We could who the tv next to us. Clearly. The refrigerator was making a terrible noise. To me, the walls are thin. But overall, it was very clean and staff was nice.

We loved the staff, they were helpful, friendly and accommodating. The beds were perfect, so comfortable. The only thing that was a problem was the area around the swimming pool, it was extremely slippery even when walking cautiously; we had several slips and even falls that were very scary, Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

The hotel was definitely clean and the staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast buffet had limited options but tasted good. The juice in the buffet was watered down with ice (you could see it in the juice container).
The doors in the hotel room were not fitted in the frame properly so two of the doors in my suite would not close. The TV in the main area of my suite was missing its cables so it couldn’t be watched.

Parking was plentiful, hotel lobby was clean and modern, customer service was excellent at checkin and the suite was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Overall good stay. One piece of feedback, at checkin I wanted to confirm the hotel was pet friendly and was told there was a $75 non-refundable fee for my fur baby. This was no where mentioned on the listing on hotel.com. With the added cost, I would NOT have selected this hotel.

The ceiling in our room started leaking at night. The staff was very quick to respond and apologetic and friendly. However, you could definitely tell by looking at the ceiling that this wasn’t the first time this had happened. In fact, we were told that the hotel had been having problems. Lucky, our stuff did not get ruined. We just had to deal with dripping the rest of the night since the only other room they could offer had a broken shower.

The staff were amazingly friendly. The floors in our room, however, need to be mopped/shampooed and all need sanitized. They appeared to be clean but there was a film of some sort that felt slightly sticky. Other than that Hilton never lets us down.

Fantastic property, very quiet, great staff. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but it was basically what most hotels do for breakfast these days. Strongly recommend this place.

Desk clerk was friendly but never mentioned that a $30 deposit was being charged as well as I should have been offered to have a different cc charged than than one used to book. Wall paper was peeling away from the wall in several places but I think they are in process of repairing.

Fantastic Hotel!!! Great amenities, fantastic breakfast. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Love that dogs are allowed. The only minor thing I could comment on were the quality of the sheets (however, I am a bit high maintence in my own home with sheet quality), the pillowcases felt a bit scratchy. But so incredibly minor on the larger scale. Fantstic stay, we will be back!!

I got this hotel just for my son to swim on New Year’s Eve and the chlorine was so strong he only swam 30 minutes and he had the worst cough and was sneezing terribly (He was not sick at all before swimming)

Booked and paid weeks in advance, but at check in they said they overbooked and we didn’t have a room. We went back and forth and ended up with a room. There were 3 towels for 6 people, no conditioner, no soap. The toilet paper holder was busted, the bathtub had no stopper so it didn’t hold water. The pool didn’t have towels and had such poor ventilation that my whole family was coughing and eyes and throat burning so bad we had to leave. We asked staff to check the pool. Chlorine was normal but pH was high. The chlorine gas was so bad we couldn’t go back to the pool which was the reason we booked here in the first place. We checked out early and went home. Very unsatisfied as this was a Christmas gift for my four young kids.

The hotel is centrally located to groceries, restaurants, etc. It is nice looking, and well kept outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was received was good. Over all it was comfortable and family friendly.
