Our stay at INNSiDE in Aachen was great. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The shower was a little bit underpowered but otherwise no issues with the facilities. The breakfast buffet in the rooftop restaurant was a highlight - huge food selection and beautiful views! A great base for exploring the city and surrounding area for our long weekend in Aachen.

Very bad ventilation in the room.
Water on floor after showing.
Restaurant/bar closed on friday and reduced meny on sunday.
And always trubbel with room keys /Cards.

Excellent modern hotel in a very central location, perhaps a bit too swish. Excellent views form the rooftop restaurant of the old city of Aachen. Only snag was that air conditioner switched automatically on as soon as I left the room chilling it to fridge-like conditions. A little on the pricey side, but quality and location do justify it.

I recommend booking premium rooms, our room was very good. The buffet breakfast was also excellent.

Very good location with just 10 minutes to the city center. The parking under the hotel is good and it easily fits a Volvo XC60.

This was my third time staying at INNSIDE Aachen and it was as wonderful as the first and second time. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the bar lounge at night. When I come to Aachen, I will always stay at INNSIDE because of the friendly staff, good service and convenience of the location.

The staff members were amazing. The free beverages in the fridge in the room were also great and a nice touch. The retro phone gave me a good laugh :D I’d recommend dressing up a little bit for the sky lounge restaurant. I didn’t expect it to be so fancy.

To me the hotel had all the amenities that is required for a pleasant stay in Aachen! It's in a walking distance to center of the city. Easy check in and check out!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. It is an easy walk from the hotel to the city centre and all the sights.

We were a bit shocked to be asked to pay €24 for one nights parking. Luckily the car park was full so we parked outside with no charge. Bedroom although Ostensibly a double room was two beds put together with two small single duvets. When you lent against the back of the bed the bed moved away from the wall. I have encountered this loads in Germany and I have no idea why they do it

We love staying at Innside Achen particularly near Christmas. This is an excellent modern hotel very conveniently located for the city centre and it's markets. And the view from the restaurant is spectacular as is the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is in a modern looking building at 10 minutes walks to Aachen Cathedral, main attraction of this old city. Rooms are pretty small, but quiet and functional.
