Was under renovation but thd hotel was really nice and the room was surprisingly huge!

Air conditioner didn't work. Very loud screeching noise in the middle of the night, I think it was the smoke detector. Woke me out of a dead sleep. A mouse ran across the floor in the morning when I woke up. Wont be staying there again.

Everything was okay, A/C was noisy and didn't cool below about 75 degrees

their was no breakfest or food of any kind

When I check in, I heard a woman complain about her car got broke in. Break drink bottle everywhere outside of the hotel, room is generally clean but have some weed smell left. No toilet paper, or any other extra supplies. Front stuff is not friendly nor helpful

This place was great for a one night stay as we were just driving through. It is in a less populated area that is what I would call industrial. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did make sure the car was parked where we could see it because we weren't sure about some of the clientele. There was trash bags left in the hallways by one of the back doors. The ice machine worked and had a vending machine. However it was very quiet and safe for us. The property needs work because it is older.

Arrived late to discover the lounge, cadino AND restaurant were all closed for rénovations. Only food close was pizza hut next door, food was decent but clientelle sketchy. Had bare minimum for amenities, only coffee in lobby. One wash cloth only, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. Huge room, but old furnishings. TV Remote was missing back so worked occassionally. AC worked great but noisey. Had to ask for ice bucket. View out to pool, but couldnt see pool for 4 foot tall weeds., so can only imagine what the pool was like. Every person we heard talking all complained about the state of the place. We will never book here again.

Hallways and rooms were filthy. The lock on the exit door was broken. Car in parking lot had broken windows. Would not recommend.

When check in no one show up front desk almost 15 minutes

This is a run down hotel with semi permanent residents. Huge piles of trash inside the hotel. Exterior was rundown. This hotel felt unsafe. This place needs to be shut down. We should have left and not stayed.

The property was very neglected

Upon pulling into the property, the first thing noticed was how the lodging was is in extreme disrepair. The check in process was simple but upon entering the room we found the A/C was not working. It wouldn't have been a big deal had it not been 100 degree weather. A nice gentleman who was at the front desk reset the A/C. However, it did not work. We tried our best to "make due" but the room temp was too uncomfortable. We asked for a new room. This time, a lovely woman at the front office helped us. We went to the new room to find the same issue!! A/C was not working. They did not have another room available, so, we chose to check out at 1 AM to find other accommodations. The room rate was nonrefundable but we could not sleep in a room that was at least 90 degrees.

Ease of registration. Convenient, kind, professional staff.

It's was easy to find, they showed a swimming pool but it's not in use. The air conditioner didn't work so they move use to another room and that room flooded so we got moved again to a really nice room that was cool and know other issues. Staff was nice and helpful but give you well ran down rooms. It looks like there remodeling but aren't there yet and pushing the old ran down rooms for cheaper then the remodeled rooms.

Pool isn't open, the lights didnt work in the room, the toilet ran all night. The room next door could hear their TV all night.

went to the laundry room and water on the floor. dryer machines were not working properly. tub water handle really sucked. kept turning and turning to get the water temp and never could get it to go to the right temp. either cold or hot water. Place looked shabby and windows needed to be cleaned as you entered the building. windows were downright dirty. behind the toilet needed repaired. paint pilling off of ceiling and behind toilet. the clerk in the a.m. was not very friendly. I asked why then needed a picture of my driver license and credit card and they said that their scanner was not working so they needed it so will be watching for any activity on my credit card. Told them I would not be staying at their property again. only thing good about it was that it was quiet for the night.

Price was right for my budget.

The AC unit didn’t work and it was 105-degrees F outside. Probably 80F in the room. Noisy, sketchy patrons… I won’t stay here again…

The AC was not working and it was hotter than we preferred. No trash cans in room or cups. The pool was “out of season” in the middle of July.

Casino is close forever and so is the pool

This place is very run down. The window air conditioner sounds like a tractor. We weren't allowed to check in until exactly 400pm. First we were told the room wasn't clean yet but we found out that was not the truth. It was very hot and we were travelling by motorcycle We just wanted to sit in a cool area . They allowed us to sit in the mezzanine so we could See the room ...no one was cleaning it. The swimming pool is a science project of algae and ?? It's not in use but is a definite eye sore . The bed is beyond worn out. Light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom (how do they clean if they can't see ?). Just pass on by

After waiting 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, we left and found another hotel. We were later told they were out fixing the AC that had gone out

I complained about the ac not working and in 2 weeks i c p ulsnt gwt it looked. I ended getting heat exhaustion and still did i get any help? No instead the night staff liked watching my daughters and who they left with. This was by far the worst stay ive had. An s I r im no expert it asked for, but kno Amd laat lbut not

Good value for the money. It is an older hotel but my room was clean had good flooring and cold ac.

No AC in the room and it was 85 degrees! Also the pool was “ closed for the season “ the manager was extremely rude and didn’t come to the office for 25 minutes because he was outside smoking. I asked for a discount and he said sorry you made the reservation online there’s nothing I can do “ this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any hotel I could not even sleep and left at 1 AM. I deserve a refund as they advertised AC and a pool open for use. They completely ruined my experience. I want them held accountable. Also druggies and hookers all over that hotel it needs to be shut down. I’m truly disgusted at how I was treated. Please help me to recover funds as they falsely advertised. The room was disgusting the look on my door was busted as seen in pics and the security door you can see the box to put your card in to access the building ( for safety) is completely tore out wires exposed. I felt completely unsafe and afraid at this awful hotel and it was so dirty obviously I left at 1AM and slept in my car so I paid for 4 hours maybe. Above me the people were what seemed like throwing furniture it was so loud. There’s drugs, prostitution and what look to me pimps and human trafficking. This hotel needs to be shut down and police need to be notified. I would appreciate you reaching out to them and getting a refund for me. I always use this app but it’s changed my mind using it in the future. Please help me

All lies except the bad reviews. NO POOL. NO BAR.NO CASINO. NO RESTAURANT. Drug deals and drinking in the parking lot. No lock on room window. FILTHY floor boards w mold and obvious water damage. Air conditioning was getting complained about left and right. If I had ANY other option besides sleeping in the car I would have left! The young girl at the front that was operating the entire facility by herself was sweet n apologetic but that doesn’t make me want to EVER return.
