Clean room. Good breakfast including waffle maker. Very helpful and freindly staff.

The building is alongside a very busy highway. The side streets surrounding the building are also busy. Large truck engine braking and loud trucks and cars made for a restless night. For the second night we even moved to another room on the other side of the building and it was better but not great. Room HVAC unit was noisy.

it was good space for a larger family. Very close to the airport. Lots of towels. Beds decently comfortable.

the road noise outside was very loud. The rooms were warm, even with the air pumping. The rooms and bathrooms could use some updating.

Eh...

1. Inadequate parking near front door 2. Have to walk through DRIVEWAY with suitcases at night from parking to front desk to register. 3. Don't appreciate being called "dear," "love," "darling," "honey," etc. by front desk staff. 4. One of the most poorly designed hotel rooms i've encountered. 5. Desk is so tiny your laptop barely fits. 6. Even so, you need to move the coffee machine (with NO TEA) to the dresser, 7.. ..but you have to move the TV to put the coffee maker on the dresser. 8. The bedside table lamp is one of those idiotic touch-me-to-illuminate types, so when you touch it to use the USB charger: bingo bango, light annoyingly goes low, high, off, low, high, off...aaah. And this is supposed to be a handicap-friendly room! 9. No counter in the bathroom. Just a sink. So, if you want to put both your toothbrush and your toothpaste there, good luck: they BOTH slide into the sink or worse, onto the floor. 10. No towel rack near the sink so you drip on the floor fetching the towel from the shelving unit. 10. Ditto no place to hang the towel for getting out of the tub/shower. 11. Keeping in mind this is supposed to be a handicap-friendly room, the extra toilet paper roll is not near the toilet, but all the way in the opposite corner. 12. I'm not handicapped, but i am elderly, and i almost fell in the shower because the curtain is too long and drags into the tub, so i stepped on it and, oops, almost tripped. 13. Ditto stepping out of the too-high tub: almost fell. 14. And tried to flip up the tub seat so i'd have room to shower--very difficult to flip it up or down. 15. You need to be fairly strong to press on the levers for gel, shampoo, conditioner to get anything to squeeze out. Poorly designed and not tested. Why don't hotel room designers get people--various different types--to try these rooms before greenlighting the designs?

The bed was comfortable. We were able to sleep well.

The room we booked was described as having two queen beds with a seating area. The room we were given did not have a seating area. We often dine in our room on a long trip, and pay more for the space. It's important to give people reasonable expectations in your room descriptions. A desk chair is not a seating area. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the caulk and grout were dirty. Those kinds of things are correctable and should not be neglected. This property receives high ratings, but in our case did not live up to them.

The place was nice, breakfast was OK . It was clean
