Great hotel with extra tempur cussion.. However an elderly British party was at the hotel this night, way too drunk and also pushed the fire alarm at leave 06:30 approximately ... That was a bit annoying.
The staff was harassed by the British guests during the evening..

Clean, friendly hotel. Only stopped over night as passing through. Normal continental breakfast as expected. Charge extra for over night parking in secure underground car park

A tiny bit out of the main area but a very nice walk into the old town. Staff were super helpful by email and in person. Room was big, parking v secure, clean and quiet. If you don’t mind a 10 min walk to the centre then couldn’t do better.

Stay away from this hotel. Worst customer service ever. No parking available after says clearly on website parking available. Does not say anywhere need to reserve parking on hotels.com. we only took this hotel for its secure parking so we could leave our fully packed car in the garage overnight. Instead we had to unpack the entire car. Staff wouldnt even allow us to drive in the garage this morning for 5 minutes to pack up the car and we had to drag all out luggage out to the street and make 4 trips wasting 30min. The staff on front desk are so rude and unhelpful. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
When we dared to complain the staff threatened to call the police.

Really really close to downtown. We just drove down (as we had a car ) the street and parked next to the cathedral, underground.

Staff were friendly and polite. Lovely room , free parking across the road. Good breakfast and a great Italian restaurant next door. 15 minutes walk into amazing Troye . Would be very happy to stay there again.

avoid this hotel if you drive an electric car. You apparently have to book a charging station in advance and some are broken. It doesn't say anywhere that you have to book a charging station. The breakfast was also disappointingly poor with vegetables or options.

Good overnight stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable, my only niggle was that there was no English speaking TV Chanel’s.

We always stay here in route to the Alpes and the fact we return says it all. Convenient location with parking. A warm welcome, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast with lots of choice. We’ll be back.

Staff very good as our room had a plumbing fault and the television wouldn’t work. Our room was changed by reception .immediately

We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on our way south. The hotel was easy to find, the welcome was friendly and efficient and the room was great. It’s not a luxurious hotel but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean & functional.
The parking is under the hotel and felt very safe.
We walked into the centre of Troyes, which took about 15 mins.

Parking was very difficult due to size and configuration of parking garage. But room nice, lovely to have coffee, etc set up and at reception Jean....Jean Louis? Jean Pierre? Jean I cannot remember was wonderful, extremely helpful. Also hotel location close to downtown was good.
You were better than the Ibis hotels we stayed at!

Well placed hotel within walking distance of Troyes with its many picturesque half timbered houses and quaint cobbled streets. Good size room and plentiful buffet breakfast.

A good option for an overnight stay to break a long journey. Comfortable room and nice selection at breakfast. There is a pizza place next door but it’s only about a 10-15 mins walk into the main square for more choice of restaurants and you’ll get to see some of the sights of Troyes on the way. There is underground secure parking for 10 euros a night accessed around the side of the hotel. If you email before you arrive they will reserve your place but we didn’t do that and arranged on arrival with no problem (you need your room key to access it on the way in).

Guided by SAT NAV finding the Hotel was easy. Within minutes the reception staff booked us in and allocated a room also easy instructions for garage access. Our one night stay was great which ended in an excellent breakfast to see us on our way - thank you .
