Beautiful big bed but kept splitting into a couple of smaller beds through the night so not a true king size. Was mildly irritating. Balcony was a nice option to have a brew in the morning. Was told no booking available for the spa when we arrived. Was a shame as picked the hotel for that reason but was likely a popular spa location.

Well signposted, large car park, helpful and friendly staff. We were upgraded and the room was very spacious, clean, shower was big. Facilities were good, restaurant available, we opted for pizza in the bar, breakfast was very good, many options available.

A wonderful peaceful stay overlooking the countryside. Spacious and very clean rooms that met our expectations with a delightful breakfast. Great friendly staff and a joy to stay here.

The room/corridor layout meant we heard everyone exiting and entering at all hours. The constant faffing of ppl trying to lock and unlock the doors (us included!) Was really annoying. Paid for late checkout and both mornings woken up my staff conversations and cleaning directly outside door, could that not have been done in the main stairwell. Considering spa is in the name, we had no slippers or robes whixh we expected in the room. Also an odd thing, but no roilet roll holder. Honestly got a crick in my shoulder having to reach round to find the loo roll so we left it in the floor. The shower was also damaged with atleast 3 dents taken out of the floor surface that were black and it looked like dirt but it was damage. Odd placement of TV. No real wardrobe so clothing visible, no way to control heat of own room, most uncomfortable sofa I've ever sat on!

Lovely hotel, not the easiest to find in the dark maybe some lights on the gate could help but all great when we did arrive. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and we even got a complimentary room upgrade. The room was lovely, the bed was really large and comfortable and toileteries and facilities all great. Lots of parking and just an overall positive experience. I was there for work but would definitely book again.

Our stay was great. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for an amazing time. We surely hope to come back

Comfortable enough especially for a one night stop over. Evening meal was very good and breakfast excellent. Room maybe on the small side but absolutely adequate.

The hotel was for golfing. We went for the SPA facility but unfortunately we took as a pool and hot tub. There was only a gym - this was not made clear as they call it a dry SPA. This wording is misleading and a gym should not be associated with a SPA.

Excellent quality for the price i paid, sitting out on the balcony and overlooking the golf course was a nice touch and so relaxing.

Ample parking. Shower was great, border biscuits included, lovely soap -a very important hotel feature. Pricing was very reasonable. Would stay again.

Got an upgrade very nice room with a view, but the bed was well past (it’s bedtime) pillows lacked any comfort, tea and coffee facilities very poor and product quality poor, besides that I would stay again.

Went there for a one nigh stay. Very friendly staff, neat and clean rooms. Gorgeous view from balcony. Breakfast buffet wasn't anything special.

We had a lovely 1 night stay at this hotel, the room had the best equipped kitchen facilities I have ever seen in a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

This hotel is no more than a place to sleep. It looks like a university dorm room. Don’t book it expecting a golf club and spa. If all you need is a place to sleep, this is fine. Make sure the price you see reflects that expectation though.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We had a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise as we visited for our wedding anniversary. Very clean and spacious room with a big comfy bed. Only 1 small negative - we wish the room had a fridge.

We really enjoyed our stay, all staff we came into contact with where lovely, friendly and accommodating as well as polite and professional, the room was incredibly warm, which on the crisp morning after was great!

Amazing hotel! The ladies at reception Tuesday night and Wednesday morning were super friendly and informative. My wife and daughter loved the room and didn't want to leave.

Clean and in good condition, easy to find and a good location for getting around. Didn’t use the spa facilities or golf this time. Would say again 👍
