The room decoration is awesome and very clean. There’s 2 building , i stay in-the 2nd building which is just renovated. So we are lucky.Breakfast is very good , i love boiled rice with shrimp very much. It’s low season as the outbreak but they manage very well to provide small part of buffet for salad, cereal and fruit. Main course is a la cart but with huge 2 plate. Very full and deliciousThe service is very good. There’s only 2 floored building. There’s no elevator, and i could not find the ramp ,so it’s difficult for big luggage.The beach is so nice. The swimming pool is nice but we are not allowed to swim during Covid outbreak

This wonderful little hotel is a keeper! This was our fourth time in Koh Chang, first time at Vayna’s but if we go back, we’ll certainly stay there again. The comfort, tranquility and cleanliness of the spacious rooms, the varied and generous breakfast, the helpful and friendly staff, the relaxing pool area and the beach on its doorstep all contribute to create a unique experience.

A wonderful experience at vayna boutique...very Well styled and clean hotel. Located in a good spot...nice beach area and quiet at night. I would recommend this hotel and for sure if I return to Koh Chang will stay again. Staff all wonderful and very helpful as well!!

Well the hotel was just renovated for a year so everything was well prepared but only service of some employees was lower than expectation

The Hotel is average. The hotel is located on a small quiet beach that is perfect but the beach was very dirty and only on our last day of stay some one cleaned it. I couldnt enjoy the beach and had to find another to spend my afternoon on. The only staff member that was friendly was the guy helping around the hotel. I got a dirty look at breakfast asking for an omelette and when I check out I asked if they have shuttle services to take us to the ferry and I got No, walk to the main road and get a taxi. I will not recommend staying at this hotel cause there is no service no information on anything, its basically just renting a room and dont ask for anything
