The two staff members I met were very nice. I asked if we could move one of the patio chairs inside because it was more comfortable for my wife and they were fine with that. This place is pretty much in the heart of Sedona and very comfortable.

Everything was good, will stay there again if I come back to Sedona. Thank you for everything

Nice Stay

This property is in a fantastic location walkable to loads of restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and well appointed. The bathroom was a bit tired but clean.

Great location, walkable with plenty of options for dining and shopping. Nice elevated common patio with mountain views.

I loved the views and the surrounding shops and places to grub.

Hotel it is perfectly located near shops and restaurants. The view from the hotel is amazing. Hotel also had comfortable patio seating to relax and enjoy the view.

It was a very nice room, we needed a place to sleep only so the amenities were not needed. The view from the shared patio did not disappoint.

Great place to stay. They were waiting on a part for the ice making machine which it could not keep up with making enough ice. Other than that it was great. Beautiful area.

Property and location were great. Check in host was not very helpful with places to visit and there is nobody to answer questions from 9pm-8:30am. Even at 8:30am there was nobody in the lobby.

Property is in great location in the arts district, right next to Tlaquepacque. Walking distance to uptown shops and restaurants. A bit dated with few amenities. Really missed a coffee pot in the room!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was close to restaurants and many shops. The view is absolutely stunning.

The location is decent, the rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable, but our AC was out and the room never got under 80 degrees. The room was warm and sticky when we arrived, but the thermostat was set high and the fan was on low, so we just adjusted the settings and went to dinner. When we got back, after dark, the room was prob 15 degrees warmer than outside. We went to the lobby to complain and the guy at the desk came to check it out. He agreed that the room was warm and the AC unit clearly was not functioning properly. He never offered to change rooms or bring fans or anything. Just said he would leave a note for maintenance to fix it the next day. We left early the next morning and when we returned late that afternoon, the room was still hotter than outside. Asked again and the same guy said maintenance was off that day so it was unable to be fixed. At this point he did offer to move rooms, but it was late and we were tired and checking out the next day so didn't feel like packing up and moving. We just left the door open and let some cool outside air in to make it tolerable. Idk what they would've done with no maintenance available if it had been something like a plumbing issue.

It was exactly what we wanted. A motel not hotel. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, walkable to restaurants and shopping

Location was great,parking easy. It's old, but rather well kept. The shared balcony was the best. The rug needs a wash. If your in your room, no natural light or fresh air. Bathtoom window does not open, and room window faces busy street.

In a great location, but wasn’t aware that it’s a motel style. Not the friendliest greeting from the lady that was checking us in.

Yes, the mattress was not comfortable but the views were fantastic, I would stay again.

This is an old motel which has been very well kept. Close to some great restaurants. Our only issue was check-in was awful. System recognized my reservation but it wouldn’t go through because of a discount that had been applied. Took forever. Not sure if this was an Expedia glitch or the hotel.
