Lots of noise and people hanging around very late at nite. Room run down, cigarette butt behind bathroom door (non smoking room), deadbolt did not work.

I like the location. It is just off the freeway. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

First time I have stayed here and I had roaches in my room completely different experience. I bought raid and sprayed yet they were coming out of behind the bed and tv, the dresser and pictures on the walls. Other than that my stay would have been fine. I think I should be compensated for my inconvenience for my loyalty to this business is consistent.

Pretty average and very affordable. Only problem I had was the room key kept malfunctioning more than once where I had to get assistance. Even then it was difficult to get the door to open. Need to get this fixed!

The man that works in the morning is nice and he's helpful. The ladies at the front desk in the morning are rude

The motel has been remodeled a number of times but it’s obviously been quite a while since the last one. The door lock was very difficult to use opening the door. The carpet is stretched out. There were two chairs in a corner with a small table, the cushions were stained and had cigarette burns (non-smoking room). Fortunately the neighbors were relatively quiet. The price was reflective of the condition to be fair, but I’ll opt to pay more in the future for a better place.

I actually extended this stay and although in order to extend thru Hotels.com you have to do it online and make an entirely new reservation especially to keep the same rate. I came across many factors that would’ve or might have made my experience a really stressful one if it had not been for the front desk associate who made everything run streamlined. I appreciate her knowledge and her attention towards keeping my room safe It turns out the rate offered by Hotels.com was not better than the one offered on property, so she extended my room another night with my new rate also since the room was in my boyfriends name and he was at work she let me call and verify with him I was authorized to be in the room and have a key. I really appreciate the extra care she took as to reassure me I was safe and no one would be able to come inside or would be given a key without proper identification. It’s the little things that really make up for giving me a piece of mind and allowing for me to rest easy.

The room was dirty, carpet was old and torn. Requested a refund and stayed at another hotel nearby.

NO WIFI. DEFINITELY COULD USE SOME FREE INTERNET ! Other then that, you get what you pay for . Some rooms are a little more low budget than others. But it is the cheapest in town.. Could use a upgrade on a few things but also can't complain. It is quiet and somewhat peaceful.

staff was very rude, light fixtures in room didn't work was there 2 days no one ever give us more towels.

The bathroom hasn’t have any air circulation/air conditioner. Other issues are okay. Many thanks to the Expedia and the hotels!
