Very nice and clean hotel

Location was great

This is a great hotel to see all things KC. Situated in the middle of downtown, many sites are walkable. If not, getting around the city is pretty easy. Staff was extremely helpful during our stay. There is self parking , but comparable to valet so we chose the latter. There’s was one young man (curly red hair) working valet that was phenomenal. He was always polite and carried on a conversation every time we got our car. Overall, you can’t beat this place for price and location.

Called the front desk three times asking for more towels. They never came or apologized. Finally found towels on a cart in the hall. They overcharged for parking and promised to return my phone call in a half hour which never happened. Just has to eat the $70 charge. Beds all sagged in the middle. Unfortunate that service was so bad because the hotel itself was clean and updated.

I really like the hotel, the rooms, the staff, the restaurant and the included breakfast. Plus, it’s a short walk to downtown KC.

the front desk and valet parking employees were EXCELLENT. However the employees who help prepare breakfast were not friendly at all, I would say down right rude. I ask a couple of questions about condiments and drinks, neither lady answered, but just pointed for me in another direction. A smile can go a long way with a guess

We traveled to Kansas City for the NCAA Wrestling Championships. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was close enough that we could walk. Enjoyed our stay!

Bedding and pillows were horrible. No comfort at all. Our room sounded like it was above the entryway because you’re the doors opening and closing nonstop outside noise kept us awake all night long. Room had a funny smell.

Front desk person didn't know the breakfast hours. My kids were stop and ask if there were guest even having the keys for the room.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was heated and nice staff. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Very nice, right next to T Mobile center and power light district. Super friendly nice staff. Parking garage next to hotel. Downtown, quiet.

The bed literally was in a U shape. Middle caving in. Pillows were horrible and the noises and sounds that the fridge made was nonstop. TV remote didn’t work and neither did the TV manually.

The check in lady was absolutely awesome!!!! She was friendly and so nice. The rest of the staff. They need customer service &. Communication training. I get for energy saving reasons but there needs to be other settings or something, the air conditioning is on a movement sensor so it shuts off after 4 hours. That's always nice on a top floor to wake up sticky in the middle of the night to turn back on the AC 😒 Also we were very rudely told the valet service was not part of the hotel, which is fine but I'm commenting about it on here cause it sucked!

Always recommend. great stay

I turn the air on in the room when we first got there. The room was at 78°. The room never cool down I called the front desk someone came up the air ran for part of the day and never got below 78° even though there’s a thermostat in the room for you to turn the heat on in the air on it is not work maintenance has got to come up and turn it on The faucet for the shower kept falling off the room itself was very nice the kitchen it was right up our alley. We always supply our own food when we go on vacations to help keep cost down our car got broken into in the secure valet parking they shattered our window and pried open our door , the head of valet contacted my husband he came down right away. They called the police they filed a report. He got all the information for their hotel to pay for it. They try to find a glass person to come out and fix it before we left this was a Sunday afternoon and no glass store would answer the phone so we drove back with duck tape on our windows

Comfortable and clean room with all the essentials. Nice breakfast and the pool/gym is a plus. I liked the location, walkable to the convention center and lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

They told us there was a continental breakfast, but there was only an expensive Starbucks.

Wonderful hotel! Stayed here with 3 other guests for AWP conference and was blown away by most of the experience. The studio was quite spacious and cleaned nicely upon our arrival. Although, some staff interaction at the Bistro Bar could have been better (kind of snubbed me when asking about a food items), but generally very friendly employees. Definitely would come back, just maybe not go to the bar :)

The hotel staff were very nice and easy to deal with. The room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaints 1. Luke warm showers, if that. And it took 15 plus minutes to even get that warm. I don’t expect a lot from hotels honestly but a hot shower is something I don’t like to compromise on. 2. There were zero towels at the pool, so I went to the front desk to ask for some. They said they would have someone bring them, 30-45 min later they still hadn’t. So I ran upstairs to get our room towels. Then when we left the pool I went to request more room towels, never came. So I had to request them again the next morning, luckily they were fairly quick that time. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience and I would try it again. But if I get a similar experience a second time I probably wouldn’t be back

Great location and a really nice room. We were in town for family and shopping. The only issue was I was charged for valet, but never once used it. The employee at checkout resolved the issue. I'd stay here again and again.

Nicest hotel we’ve stayed in for price and loved everything about it!

Check in and check out were fast. We didnt have hot water most of the time during our 2 night stay. Traffic was noisy in the corner suite. There was a loud sound like water hitting a metal pan coming from the wall/ceiling all hours of the night. The pull out sofa mattress was shot and in horrible condition.
