The best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Great facility, great breakfast buffet. They need to insure that every room has 2 Firm pillows.

It was rated “exceptional” or 9.4 to 10 it’s more like “good” or 8.5. It was dirty and didn’t look like it hasn’t been dusted or wiped down over the bed for months . A lot of dust up there.

I really like that there is a door between the bedroom and the entry way, coffee bag and bathroom. I appreciate that the hotel accommodates families with more than 2 children (families of 5 etc). The bathroom and entry way could have been a bit cleaner.

Fine hotel for the area, biggest complaint was slow flushing toilet and sink that water would slowly back up.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. It is a little hard to get into the parking lot because of traffic. Breakfast was just ok as the eggs were over cooked. Walk in shower was really nice.

There is NO WATER provided in the rooms.
The business first and money-making first mindset cannot be this brutal. Not providing drinking water for the guests in the room is just not excusable, where I come from!
Won't come back to any Holiday Inn Express for now!!

It was a lovely hotel

The room and bathroom was very nice and very clean. The pillows on the king bed were the proper size. It was very quiet. The breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items and it was kept very clean. They have surface parking and underground parking. We used the surface but underground would be great during inclement weather. It was conveniently located to get anywhere. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Capitol.
We would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

I liked how clean it was and staff was great! We stayed on the third floor and it sounded like children were were running around upstairs on the 4th floor after ten p.m. and it was finally quiet, around eleven. I would have liked it quiet earlier but it's not a big deal. Overall, good experience.

Everything was ok but when we asked for more pillows the woman said she would call us and if she found some we would have to come get them! She never called! For the price extra pillows should not be an inconvenience.
