Never been rehabbed since the hurricane. The elevators don't even work. Lots of long term people living there. Lots of exposed wires and rusty things. VERY OLD and just needs about $1,000,000 worth of remodeling.

The staff is awesome. location is great ..its an older hotel but was very clean affordable and directly on the ocean ..we enjoyed our stay and will return again soon

The best stay ever it was so good we extended our stay the staff were the best. Hate to go back to Tennessee

They were the greatest we had a blast. From the pool to the ocean view to the staff. Everyone was so nice. We will be back and stay again.

Price of room was great!! My room was very outdated but I didn’t mind. Room needed a lot of attention, repairs etc. I didn’t mind because of the fact I got room at such a great deal and hotel is directly on the beach. Pool was very clean and overlooked the ocean. What I have a problem with is that the air conditioner did not work in my room nor did the ceiling fan which made my stay in the room very uncomfortable. Called office & they said they would send maintenance man. Told them I wasn’t in my room but I had not problem with him going inside while I was out to fix air conditioner. He didn’t. Other than that I enjoyed my time there & will be back. But I will make sure my room has a/c.

3rd floor room- elevator broken. Sink in bathroom doesn't drain...hot water valve fell off while I'm in the shower-what if that was my young kid in there getting scalded??

Stay was fine. But it is a 2 star hotel. Overall it was clean

We had a wonderful time … it’s an older hotel so it needs some up keep, but for what I paid for it the place was well worth the stay , the stove eyes need to be replaced because one was broken and one of the small ones didn’t work at all but that didn’t stop us from cooking . It was clean and the pool was wonderful, location was amazing and the Staff was friendly and very helpful . Jason was working and I was struggling with trying to connect to the internet so he came down to my room and helped us out we couldn’t get my computer to ever connect so he went and called someone to try and get me some help since I was having to work a few hours a day on my computer. I appreciate him very much even though we couldn’t get it to work he went far and beyond. I went somewhere and got connected to work a few hours a day then came back to the room and enjoyed my family. I saw all the reviews and was totally prepared for whatever was to come as long as it didn’t have bugs and was clean the rust on the fridge wasn’t a problem it’s the outside and didn’t hurt anything on the inside. a little paint chipping no harm to us . The bathroom was clean and air worked great . I’m very blessed for this place because me being a single woman on disability raising a 10 year old grandson who needs and deserves a vacation after working so hard at school all year. He loves the Beach and I was so excited that we could stay on the beach . They also let me be on the bottom floor which also was a blessing.
