Great staff. Very friendly. Great good. If you are a reasonable person with reasonable expectations, this place is perfect.

Beautiful resort, lots of activities and superb facilities. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience!

Kids enjoyed pools and playground mum enjoyed the spa treatments. Restaurants on site make meals easy.

This accom does not reflect its price mark. We have been staying here the last 3years and we have slowly seen the downfall of this hotel. No customer service, house keeping is terrible, food is average at best and training of staff is none. I will no longer book our stays here due to our last experience staying here for 6nights.

Lovely resort

There were some busy times when some things were not done. But overall a great time. The service from Dean (at activities) Jeremiah and Sam at the restaurant were amazing.

Upgrades from a room to 2 bedroom villa, nice surprise! Room includes Refrigerator microwave stove, top all the utensils, plates, etc. washer and dryer beautiful bathroom, good air conditioning and a lovely patio or balcony actually. Very warm welcome upon check-in we received flower lays, and a cold refreshing beverage. Activities non-motorized water, sports, as well as snorkeling equipment, and they were very, very nice and accommodating, really appreciated their assistance with getting the right size fins for my daughter. Breakfast buffet is fabulous and included with all stays. Bellmen exceedingly helpful and kind with our many large suitcases. Great amenities in bathroom and nice fluffy towels. Laundry soap also included. Bottled water and milk for in room coffee/tea in fridge upon arrival. Front desk quite helpful although they forgot our wake up call and also didn’t have our boxed breakfast ready when we had ordered it. Room service not great, would not recommend. Restaurants all quite good.

4 Workers really stood out John,Harry,Pesamino I think his name was and our lovely Darlene - Absolutely great customer service - they all went above and beyond for my family and I that all stayed at Taumeasina - My only complaint would be that the reception lady Renae was rude and not very friendly - the fact that she cut us off to serve people that were of a different race made us feel very uncomfortable and racially profiled - Everyone else at reception were gems - so nice and kind and very helpful with all our requests and questions- Tom the manager was great - he resolved issues within no time and his attention to detail and understanding of certain situations really was impeccable ❤️ thank you to everyone who made our experience and stay their worth while - we will miss you guys and hope to be back soon 😊

The rooms and facilities were immaculate. Breakfast was amazing and service fantastic. Only downside was the room service, my burger was burnt but otherwise, 5 stars all around

Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The welcome was lovely and checkin and check out were smooth and efficient . Porters were the best . So professional and quick. Proximity to town and transport was great. Helpfulness of staff was excellent . Choices for dining and the availability of assistance for booking activities was awesome. Having a gym and full service spa was an added bonus .

The property is the finest in Samoa! The views were incredible. The beach and pool were perfect for keeping cool. The food was good, I didn’t get sick at all (I’m sensitive tummy). The activity boys were fantastic! I can’t compliment these guys enough! My husband got to cook on the imu and eat the delicious food! We made lava lava and did a snot tour. They have many options. The massage was the best we’ve ever had, 90 minutes and we felt like we were refreshed!

Amazing! Staff went above and beyond, big smiles great pool awesome Fia Fia night, close to Apia and central attractions yet when at resort feel a million miles away. Loved every bit of it☺️

Not really the place to have fun though. Bit boring stayed in my room or out and about the city. Going for swim not great because everyone can see you from restaurant and bar so felt uncomfortable walking past all wet ...not unless there was another entrance i dudnt see

Have stayed before so used to the 'palagi get served first before Samoan'. Disappointing but we live with it. The check-in staff were excellent.

Its like going to a resort from the 80’s. Bingo, Ladies night, bad music, food that is either deep fried or is smothered in a sauce from a packet. Housekeeping is terribly under resourced so I spent the 1st 6 days chasing towels and toilet paper as nobody came to service my room. Staff are very friendly but most of the restaurant staff really didnt have a clue what was going on Overall I think it is overpriced and has not had the financial backing to keep it at the level guests expect nowadays

Very friendly staff. Comfortable room

On arrival at Taumeasina we were pleasantly surprised by the warm service and greeting. The rooms are very comfortable and we enjoyed the comfortable bed, aircon and good sized bathroom… in fact we probably ended up spending a little too much time in our room due to this. The view from our room was very nice and we enjoyed great sunsets. Snorkelling off the beach was excellent and the pool areas were great for families and adults alike, though they could get a bit raucous! But the beach was generally quiet if we needed to relax. The food was good and the service was friendly. If you like a salad then we recommend the Caesar Salad with Prawns, great value. Pro tip, do not miss Karaoke Night on Mondays… great fun!
