Amazing hotel , friendly staffs and always made me felt like going home each time . I liove the washer & dryer & full size fridge it made my packing lighter. Love the ocean view rooms & large balcony . Nice bathroom with large bath tub was my liking too . Totally love the pools & the poolside staffs were super nice & made our stay so much more relaxing . We will be returning there for sure .

Very nice place to stay! Everyone was great especially Jeremiah - hoping I spelled his name correctly but he worked in engineering and was always willing to have a good conversation and offer advice.

A japanese boy at the front desk (forgot his name!) works efficiently while carrying his smile even customers are not around him. That create such a welcoming atmosphere. I told my son who is a nurse to be like him.

This place is really nice. The staff are very accommodating, friendly but maintain professionalism in their dealing with the customers. Big shoutout to Christina in the front desk by making our stay there really memorable! Ann in the front desk was really nice as well. I’ll definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends and family. We missed the free ice creams but enjoyed the free chocolates they leave in the room everyday. 😀

I can’t say enough good things about this property! It was our first visit to Hawaii and selecting this hotel was the first of many great decisions this week. The property is beautiful, in a great location to restaurants, the beach and shopping. You get it all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff. The suites are very spacious, clean and comfortable with great views of the ocean and local area. I highly recommend it and definitely plan to return.

The staff is amazing they make u feel like a king or a queen very clean amazing location my wife’ loved it the infinity pool has the greatest view of Waikiki all the way to the beach I rate it 5 stars
