Nice Villa with super friendly staff. It's ideally located, about a 5min walk to Burnham park. Also can access other tourist attractions within 20 minutes by taxi. Love the taxi system in Baguio, one of the few places I've been to in the Philippines where the taxi drivers don't try to rip you off.

This place is awesome! We only expected one room but it has 2 rooms that can accommodate at least 4 people.All of the staff are all friendly,helpful,polite and respectful!The place is comfortable and very close to the town proper and other popular activities in the area. They even have laundry serviceI highly recommend this place to anyone!

Hotel rooms are VERY small, No designated smoking area, like its advertised, Hot water for shower lasted for about 1 minute. I would NOT stay there again.

Nice place. Accomodating staff. The security guard was especially helpful in guiding us when parking.

Room didnt have any ammenties. Had to ask for soap etc. Loud loud loud guests for most of the night. No one at front desk to assist. Guard might have went to room but it didn't help much. Stairs going upstairs to rooms are not safe. Layout of the Villa was not good. Hot water was in and out. Water faucet was spitting during the shower and water temp was inconsistent. So happy we only had one night reservation.

The Hotel is located close to Burnham Park. Its clean and tidy, Breakfeast is included and the bed is comfortable. So so value for the money. Alone the size of the rooms is a bit small.

Overall its a very nice place to stay. The only thing that I didnt like is the placement of the airconditioner. You cant fully close the window because of it (hotel room). The food was awesome!

The shower rooms are small but clean and serviceable though the upstairs shower had very little pressure.The mattresses are on the firm side but comfortable enough for a short stay.The living room is adequate and the kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave oven plus a two burner gas hob outside provides enough for making snacks etc.Cannot comment on room cleaning as we were only a short stay and didnt require linen changing.Likewise we did not use the restaurant.Overall can recommend for a short stay if you do not need hotel type services

The bedroom had an awful smell about it. The soles of your feet turned black from walking on the floors. I tried to open one of the windows and it was stuck. A couple of staff members also tried without success so they brought in their maintenance man who managed to force it open. I enquired if he was going to fix it and he said that I should just csll him when I wanted it open. The wallscare thin and you can hear a lot of noisy from neighbouring rooms. For those who have rated this establishment a 10 out of 10, I would say that you must get out more. By western standards I would rate it as a 2 and it does not stand up well to comparison with other hotels in the Philippines. Look elsewhere.

We always look forward to staying in this friendly and nice hotel. Staff are always accomodating and place is accessible to major city places.

For a hotel in the Baguio area, this is not a bad option. The price is good and it's a decent place to stay. Not amazing, but it's pretty on par with other hotels I've seen in The Philippines around this price point.

Lots of space, nice and clean rooms. Good job on the two bathrooms. Close to Burnham.

Room is tiny , less then 12 sq m breakfast the same ; tiny. No aircon , only clean if u insist. Walk to main area city only 10 mins

We had a late check-in and early check-out with no issues. We were treated very kindly by the staff and the guard. Bathroom upstairs is a little bit small.

free toiletries advertised but not even soap is provided.Would not even provide an iron for wrinkled clothes ,Advertises limited room service but there was none.

Very accommodating staff the whole place good location accessible to local eat areas and marketplace with delicious breakfast and also a quiet place to spend the night to rest. I will surely be back here on our next vacation.

We had a villa last month and stayed for 3 days. Cleanliness is excellent. My wife loved it. My kids also loved everything about this hotel. Very homey, nice ambiance, nice and approachable staff.

The pictures I looked at when I researching for the stay looked very impressive. When I got there, I see what they did and only took photos of the apartments. The breakfast buffet was far from what I had hoped for and the portions were very small. To me, my breakfast is my important meal. and was very disappointed with the service from employees that seemed like they did not like their jobs.
