A great location with fantastic staff especially Costas in the cafe. The toilet / bathroom is an unusual design and the shower door was faulty. A wonderful breakfast & overall a lovely place

Check in was simple and staff was very welcoming. Location was central and could walk to Acropolis. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean and spacious.

The staff made our anniversary special by surprising us with wine and a handwritten note with well wishes. Very clean. Although located on busy street, which was great for access to shopping, etc., the room was quiet and allowed for comfy night of sleep.

Georgia was an excellent host; helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only issue was the seam at bottom of shower door was partially missing so water leaked out. Also, one towel had a hole in it when room was serviced. Otherwise, a great hotel, fantastic location and terrific breakfast.

Very close to many restaurants, cafes and shopping. The rooftop patio was a great place to bring a bottle of wine at night!

We had two nights at villa brown ermou and wished we had been able to stay longer, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for sightseeing we walked to the acropolis and attractions easily Shopping and eating options are right outside the hotel doors. Our room was really nice on the first floor it contained everything we needed I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Athens

The best location! Close to shopping/restaurants, walkable to Acropolis, the main square and other ruins locations. Bakery and market right next door. Restaurants on the same street, highly recommend Cardinale (Italian). The standard room was small but had everything you needed. Super stylish hotel! The only negative was that you could hear people in the hallway. Staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and fantastic customer service from the front desk staff, especially Georgia and Maria! Only downside is that breakfast is way overpriced and not included in your room except for an expensive fee. Otherwise, everything about this hotel itself is fantastic.

Next to stores and restaurants everythingat walkingdistance. 711 next door and restaurants downstairs. Our room even had a big balcony

Great hotel with beautifully designed rooms & comfy bed HOWEVER I couldn’t sleep at all as there is zero noise insulation and I heard the music from downstairs in the lobby, then could hear all the guests coming back at night & talking in the hallway.. feels like a paper wall and woke up numerous times. Told the receptionist in the morning and asked her to pass this along to the manager but there was no reaction & no gesture. Nobody seemed surprised though, they must have heard this (noise) complaint numerous before..

If the term underpromise and over deliver applied to hotels, the Aeolos Resort would be the one it applies to! From a hotel van waiting without being requested to a great on ground’s restaurant and the staff, well they are the stars!! Of course staff is only as good as they’re taught and you will meet the man who taught them as he( the owner) meets you upon arrival and explains where you are and how to get to various places. He will give you a map of the island of Mykonos as well as a map of the resort with their 3 pools. Couldn’t recommend them any higher 🍀🍀🍀🍀

The staff there is amazing! And the hotel is so cute. My room was super updated and comfortable. But the wifi sucks! It only works every once in a while. Also the pictures are a little misleading, they don’t have an upstairs bar or place to hang. Only two chairs and that’s it. Nice view of the acropolis but no where to really hang out.

This was a beautiful quaint hotel with a modern, fresh decor. Older-style building with European-style elevators and small rooms, but all very clean. Front reception and bar staff were excellent, friendly, and accommodating. They are open 24-hours which was great. We would definitely stay here again for a short visit in Athens. Couple things to be aware of: Hotel is on a pedestrian-only street so Taxis and cars cannot pull up to the front of the building if you have a lot of luggage or any walking restrictions. This site and photos make it seem like there is a rooftop terrace with a bar/restaurant- but it is not open yet (as of Aug 2022) and the rooftop terrace that is accessible now is just a plain roof with a partial view of the acropolis. If that is important to you call the hotel to see if it is open yet.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Brown Ermou!! Maro was very welcoming when we arrived. Acostas, the bartender, was very friendly and always had a smile for us. Great location to anything we wanted to see.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The room's amenities were acceptable. However, we booked two rooms and they were the worst rooms of the hotel. They were both on the first floor directly above the lobby and restaurant thus we were bombarded with all the music and noise that emanated from these two areas. For some reason the front door isnt soundproofed and instead allows any and all noise ( even a squeaky downstairs door) to enter the room which disrupted our sleep every night. The noise and music didnt cease until about 2 am every night. Both rented rooms were facing an inner wall thus there was no view to be had. We now realize we should have booked the rooms through the hotel directly so as to not the two worst rooms. There were no pamphlets in the room that instructed us on how to operate the TV, and request room service or contact front desk personnel. The hotel had charming rooms but I would rather have stayed at a more staid hotel that would have allowed for uninterrupted sleep each night.

Very pleasant staying in the centre of Athens. The room was on the small side which was OK for one person. It was very clean, beautifully decorated with all the amenities one would need. Extra plus are the people who work there. Maro at reception was a great host, very pleasant to talk to and very helpful with everything I needed. I will definitely stay again :)

Very nice hotel in a very good location, walkable to almost everything what you want to see in Athens. Breakfast was very good, but starts at 7 30 am, little late when almost all excretions are early in the morning, 8 am. Front desk was very helpful and very nice.

Hotel was clean, staff helpful and very friendly. The balcony could not be used to sit out on; this was the only disappointing part of our 4 night stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The receptionist that welcomed us continued to welcome us every time we went back into the hotel and every time we left she would be pleasant and friendly The breakfast was amazing, certainly a place to remember to go back to
