Clean, quiet, safe area. Wonderful staff and very kind.

This location has great friendly staff. The property is only a few rooms. Great location and walkable to all except the Coliseum. Negative was housekeeping turned off the A/C when the temperature was 105 and the room was hot upon our return.

Very large, clean room, perfect for my family of four. Very attractive newer style bathroom and shower with tile and sliding glass door. Owners were super friendly and location was great for us, able to walk to the Pantheon in 20 minutes. Many good restaurants within just a few blocks including San Marco pizzeria where we had a lovely meal our last night. There are about a dozen restaurants within three blocks.

A lovely hotel, family run, very helpful and friendly, nothing too much bother. Good location away from the busy centre but close enough to walk to the centre taking in some of the lovely restaurants and bars on the way.

Hi the place was cleaning, comfortable, and location safe, however I was disappointed that I had to pay $30 euros because the receptionist had to wait for us to check in around 8 pm. Our flight was late and in addition I have lost my cell phone in Venice airport, and I could not communicate with the host Maria. I advice anyone not to book with Belli36 rooms, unless they don't mind to have a receptionist 24 hours available. If for any reason your check in will be late like my case, you will pay their fee and most like no one will be there to check you in. The receptionist Martina told us was about to leave. This is my advice, I will definitely will not return to Belli 36 rooms.

So this was our first family trip to Italy and we weren't sure what to truly expect. So when we landed Maria who was amazing along with her staff, messaged me to see if we need pickup. I explained we were great as our family who live in Rome were meeting us at the airport. after some tough traffic and quick lunch we finally arrived. Maria met us as we were coming in and helped us load the elevator and send it up. we walked into the common area and it was very nice. she explained were to get cold drinks of all kinds, access to Coffee, and when breakfast was available. Then she took us to our room. She opened the door and it was amazing. It matched the photos but was actually bigger than we expected. the place was clean and the beds were comfortable and clean bathroom. She gave us a tour of where everything was, also a guide to the area. I loved that we were never rushed out of the room for room service and they were so helpful when we had to leave. I will definitely be coming back next time we are in Rome.

Nice facility in the heart of Rome . Walkable to most major historical sites, shopping and good restaurants . Easy access to the metro. Would return without hesitation.

The location was excellent . After a long day, we looked forward to our room as it was very clean and comfortable for our rest. We were blessed to be able to book it during our stay in Rome.

Great service from Maria and Christy. Organized all our early/late airport transfers. Hotel is very secure and great central location where you can walk to everything. Great bus connection to colleseum. Amazing place to stay. Close enough that you can visit busy sites like Vatican, Trevi and spainish steps in Morning before crowds, Then come back to hotel for a late breakfast and or break during middle of day. Awesome place to stay.

We had a wonderful experience during our week in Rome, and part of what made it special, was staying at Belli36 Rooms. Belli36 is located within walking distance to all major attractions, and it is centered near great restaurants, cafes and gelato shops. You will always finish your day coming back to a refreshed room with great amenities to relax, and rest.

Great location and nice rooms. We did have some miscommunication on shuttle service but that was problem with Expedia. Don't try to communicate through Expedia for after hour communication. It was around 12 hours delayed. The number I had was a landline so didn't help.

36 Belli is a cozy 7 room Hotel. It is located in Prati Roma in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to the Saint Peter’s Square, the Vatican Museum, The Coliseum, Roman Forum and the Trevi Fountain as well as the Castel Sant’Angelo. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. Maria and Giovanni and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend 36 Belli.

Maria was great. Didn’t care for the last desk girl we interacted with. She didn’t thank us for staying and when I thanked her she merely said you’re welcome which I thought was odd. She seemed anxious to get out of there.

Wonderful place to stay while in Rome. Walkable to all main sites. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and made our stay very comfortable

María was nice and did a fast check-in , the location is good ! with one of the best gelato shop about 200 meters from the building , I was very disappointed with the location of my room , in the basement in the back of the building, almost like it’s free because you work as a maintenance of the building Expedia should pay attention to the real pictures of the room and property and last thing : you will have to walk around the city with 3 keys to get to your room.

This was an amazing place to stay right in center city walkable safe streets with many destination options.the rooms were very clean and the staff was kind and accommodating. Definitely when visit Rome I will make this my go to place to stay.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at Belli36. The reception and the rooms are located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Thankfully there is a small elevator to go upstairs. My only complaint is I wish we were provided some instructions from the staff about how to find the hotel reception. The rooms themselves were very secure, tall ceilings made it seem big, and we had a large shower. Free water bottles was a huge plus. Overall our stay was just what we needed for peaceful 2 night's rest in between our exploring of Rome. Thank you Belli36!

Great place

Nice property, spacious rooms and black out blinds to help sleep in the morning. Very friendly staff who give clear information at the start of the stay. Refreshments readily available and at a good price.

We would definitely stay here again. The bed was the softest of all the hotels we have stayed at in Rome. Check in and check out was easy. The staff stayed in contact with us through WhatsApp. They arranged a private car to the airport at a good price. We stayed at the lowest floor where there were two rooms that shared a courtyard and a large area with a couch, table, kitchen area, with a refrigerator and washer/dryer. We were allowed to take cold water bottles from the frig. There were also cookies and candies on the table. It was very welcoming. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was the same. It was perfect for us.

This place is a hidden gem! Our host was so nice and gave us great recommendations. There are so many dining options and this was close to transportations that took you all over the city. It was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Centrally located between a lot of key places to visit, though Roma is quite large so it still took some walking to get to some of the major attractions (eg colosseum). Nonetheless it’s right in the middle of Colosseum, Vatican, and Travestere which were the areas we wanted to visit most so found this to be a convenient location and a long walk in a city like Rome is nothing to complain about as there are countless things to see along the way. Very clean, cute, and comfortably spacious accommodations with lots of nice places to eat nearby.The AC wasn’t super great so our room was a bit warm at night but there were massive windows to open. Though the surrounding area isn’t overly crowded, it was still a bit loud to sleep with the windows open as there is a rooftop bar across the street that played music and random city noise but nothing too crazy or that can’t be solved with ear plugs, which I use anyways being from a busy city. All in all, I can’t complain - we really enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

The hotel is very well located, 10 minute walk to central Rome where all the shops and restaurants are. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The only drawback is that there is no one at the front desk most of the time... you will need to text them if you have any requests or needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Belli36! We are a family of 4 and the family suite was large, clean and had very comfortable beds. We felt safe in the area and it was nice and quiet for us to rest after a long day of walking. Also, there were many dining options and within walking distance to all the attractions. Staff were very friendly - thank you Melissa! Toiletries were nice and we really liked the boutique style of the hotel, felt very cozy, warm and safe. We would recommend Belli 36 to our friends and family, thank you!

Great property for a family. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and very well maintained. Great location that makes it easy to get to all major attractions. Property is literally across the street from a Marriott property at half the cost. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. It was only about a 20-minute walk to the city center. We also easily navigated the bus from the hotel when needed. The staff was nice. Maria and another man were by far the most helpful and the friendliest. We had a lovely time despite the insane heat wave. Our kids loved the cool elevator.
